    I have been living in 555. S. Azusa Ave for approximately 3 years. My town house # is #** and that reflects my parking permit number. I began receiving citations from the company called "H31313439353138**3534H" here is their website: **************************************************** and I have pictures of 6 of the citations-the 6 of them from Sept 2024-Oct. 2024. On one occasion my daughter got cited unfairly because she had her permit and she waited for the H33**3032323238323133H officer and the H33**3032323238323133H officer told her to keep this information confidential as he's not suppose to share that one of our neighbors constantly calls to complain about our parking. Interestingly enough it's the neighbor that harasses my mom over parking. When my sister questioned why do they still give the citation the officer says they go based on what they tell him via the complaint- this is a HOA space so they're giving citations without proof or investigating if a permit is actually valid or not. On 10/23/24 my daughter took a picture of my car showcasing my permit in the evening and it was towed despite having my permit visible! I searched up this H33**3032323238323133Hling company and it sounds like other individuals have had similar experiences of getting their cars towed or constantly receiving citations despite their permits being valid and *********** the company is refusing to offer explanations or reasonings or even provide where our car was towed. I think it's insane for us to be expected to pay for expensive towing fee's when we are being targeted by our neighbor and the H33**3032323238323133H company is not doing their due diligence in investigating, we have been living there for 3 years parking in the same lot with our permit that says our apartment number and now we are being targeted? Nobody is reaching out or answering our calls either.

    I live at **************** and my roommate and homeowner, *********************, registered my car as a permanent resident vehicle so that I could use the resident parking lot. I have a sticker on my windshield showing that I am a permanent resident vehicle. I am from ******* and my car is registered in ******* with an Alabama license plate. In *******, the license plate number changes every few years. When my license plate changed, ****** and I emailed Patrol Masters to notify them of this change and ask what needs to be done for my vehicle to remain in good standing as a permanent resident vehicle. I received email confirmation from Patrol Masters that they made the license plate update in their system.My roommate ** and I have both been out of town. He recently returned home to find my car was not in the lot. I called the towing company, ********************************** and confirmed it had been towed. My car should not have been towed from the lot as it is a permanent resident vehicle of *******, therefore this was a fraudulent tow

    Patrol Masters was chosen by our homeowners association to manage the parking situation on our street. We have been in the process of following Patrol Masters policies to obtain a parking permit for one of our vehicles. They are asking for a copy of the registrations of all of our vehicles per their policy. We emailed the copies of our vehicle registrations as requested, but it was communicated to us that they were unable to open the attachments. We then provided paper copies of the registrations and dropped them off in person at their office on August 9th. It was communicated to my daughter, that ****** is the staff member in charge of handling our community and that she had just left for the weekend. The front desk staff member then put aside the paper copies of our vehicle registrations to hand to ****** when she returned to office. Patrol Masters then communicated to us that they were unable to find these paper copies on August 15th. We communicated via phone that we had provided these copies. The manager communicated that he had no idea what happened to these documents containing personal information and that it would take time to find them. He then said we should just email them again to their office while providing detailed instructions on how we should do that, ignoring that we had already communicated several times that we had previously emailed copies to their office with no success. Patrol Masters has made obtaining a parking permit for our neighborhood difficult and time consuming. We still do not have a parking permit, have been treated rudely and disrespectfully, and they have shown repeatedly that have little organization as a business.

    I have asked for video of an accident that happened 2 weeks ago. I have gotten nothing but a run around. Very unprofessional. Will not return phone calls. Rude on the phone. No urgency or even a bit of sympothy or even a notion they care or want to help. Continually just blow me off and im trying to be nice but at this point need to compalin to BBB as they are the worst of the worst i have ever dealt with. they all seem very uneduacted and stupid truthfully.

    They are contracted to provide parking enforcement for our HOA. My vehicle is registered and we have been parking here for nearly 3 years. It was towed at a cost of $340 for no visible permit. The permits provided by patrol masters are faulty and have all broken so that they no longer hang on the mirror. This is a known issue as others in the same community have experienced it. The permit was placed on the dash and the vehicle was still towed. We should not be responsible for excessive towing fees when the vehicle is registered but the passes that are issued cannot be hung due to manufacturing defects.

    I live in a private community and have to call in **********. Daily I call if my guest his here even an hour. Tuesday evening my daughter was injured in a sports game and I forgot to call. MY MISTAKE! I called to safe list a car tonight, called it in and after I requested a manager. The employee ***** told me it was my fault denied me a call back and hung up on me showing me no empathy in my situation. I called back to get his name and my confirmation and spoke to ***** again he was rude, dismissive and rude. He hung up on me again. Please listen to the calls, I did not yell or threaten but asked to be treated fairly.

    I am a resident of Antigua Condo property. Patrol Masters are contracted to oversee parking within the property. This complaint is regarding a request for a parking permit that began on August 4 2022. I experienced a very poor and inconsistent process, unprofessionalism, misinformation, lack of proper document review, rudeness (*******************************), no follow up/nonexistent communication and most of all lack of anyone who wanted to help resolve the simple issue of a parking permit. I still don't have one and have not received a complete explanation as to the next step or when I might receive one. I spoke to **** the manager on the phone on 9-7 and sent him an email with the backup he requested yet he never followed up by phone or email.
