I was contacted by student loans, saying they were part of the ** education program and were calling to help me clear my student loan. They had all of my loan information and sounded legit. They got into my FASFA account and CHANGED MY PASSWORD TO IT. They charged me 4 payments of $150 and I kept telling them I wanted to cancel because it sounded like a scam and and they kept ignoring me. They said they had a money back guarantee its even in her emails and on the website and when i told her I wanted my money back she said no. I literally had to freeze that bank account and get a new one because they kept taking the money out. I just want my money back. They owe me $600. What a scam I have a family to feed and they are out here scamming people. Her email is in the picture I attached.

I was contacted by Student Loan & Savings in October 2019 and was told that they are working with the ***************************** to help relieve student loan debt for those who qualify. I answered some of their questions and they confirmed that I did qualify. They walked me through the process of filling out a FASFA forbearance form and had me fax it to them and then they submitted it. I made 4 payments of $161.25, the first payment was made November 01, 2019. After the 4th payment was made in February 2020, I started paying the $9.00 monitoring fee that I have continued to pay for 31 months. The payments stopped after October 2022's payment. I tried to call them a week ago to see what the status is on my loans. A gal answered and said that customer support would give me a call back. I never received a call back and I've tried calling 3 different phone numbers with each telling me that the number is temporarily out of service. I then went to their website and that is no longer active either. Their company has just disappeared. After 4 payments of $161.25 and 31 payments of $9.00 they didn't do what they said they would do and I am now out $924.00!

I tried contacting her back after to see my progress then I reliazed that I was scammed and the federal aid messaged me that there has been an illegal activity on my account. I want my money back and I want them to delete all my information on their account. If youre a student who was contacted reading this dont trust Student Loans and Savings they are scammers and will take your money and stop communicating with you.

I would like to speak to this company's legal representation regarding their business practices, as they have committed multiple TCPA violations against my wife's and my phones. We attempted to contact them multiple times, but were ignored.

I was called on august 30th about student loans savings program. I completely fell for it and they were able to get into my FASFA account and they have vital information of mine. I agreed to make 4 bigger payments and then smaller monthly payments in the belief that my student loans would be canceled. Today I received an email from the US **** of education saying they saw suspicious application for consolidation through my account. I then did more research and realized I am being scammed. I am a single mother of 3 kids. This is disgusting and I cannot believe that people actually do this. How about to get a job instead of ripping people off. I want all of my information gone from their system. And to never be called again.

I was contacted by student loans, saying they were part of the us education program and were calling to help me apply for Bidens loan forgiveness program. They had all of my loan information and sounded legit. They charged me 2 $150 fees claiming they were required by the government to cover all the filing fees. They then said I would be charged a monthly monitoring fee for 10 years, after that my debt would be wiped clean. I had been paying the $19 monthly fee since December of 2021. When President ***** announced that $10k would be forgiven, I contacted my "loan processor" Juliea at student loans, she never responded. I contacted my bank and had my bank account locked and reported them as a scam. They never said they were for profit and scammed me for months. Her email address is *******************************************************

On July 20 2022 I was contacted by ********************* representing a company Student Loan & Savings. He led me to believe that he was working with the *********************** to consolidate student loans. He said I had to pay ****** a month for four months, I wasnt aware that the four payments totaling ****** was a service fee. I have contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel my contract with them and that I felt misled. They said they would cancel it, they was able to get the first ****** payment which I would like to get back. They have all of my bank account information so I contacted the bank and told them not to release anymore funds to them. I dont know if I will get the money they took back or not. I was rushed through the process and was not able to read the contract before signing.

This company has REPEATEDLY called my cellphone *************), attempting to sell me student debt relief. My number is on the Federal Do Not Call list. I recorded the latest call on 8/11 at 9:59am. I have attempted to contact the company via email and phone call, but have been more or less ignored. At this point, the ONLY way this will be acceptably resolved, is if the company has it's ATTORNEY or LEGAL REPRESENTATION contact me at my email, or call my office at ************. Failure to do so, will result in significant legal action being taken against them, up to and including me calling the Arizona State ************************** Simply "removing the number and information" will NOT suffice, and will not be an acceptable solution. I need to hear from their attorney no later than 9/1/2022.

I was contacted by *********************** on July 25th and was told he was with the ********** of ********** He told me I needed to fill out paperwork because student loan payments start back up next month. He then passed me off to a woman named ********************** who collected all of my information, social- address- bank account- password for my online fed student loan account. ********* told me that I qualify for a lower monthly payment and she needed my employer to fill out tax information about my job. She told me I would need to pay $149 A month until my application is processed and should only take a month. After my application is processed I would only pay $19 a month for 320 months then my loans would be forgiven. Yesterday I got an email, text and call from ******************* at student loan and savings who told me *********************** had assigned him to my case and that it will be 2-3 more months until my claim is processed. This made me suspicious and this morning I received an email from the ********** of ********* informing me that there was suspicious activity on my fed account and they believe I am a victim of fraud. So i immediately changed my online fed password, filed a complaint with the *** and FCC as well as email ******************* that I know that his buisness is fraud and that student loans and savings does not have my consent to make any future charges and that my account is to be canceled. I've contacted fraud prevention with my bank and placed a stop payment on any future charges and alerted them that they have all of my information, so my bank will be watching out for any charges they try to make.
