    My vehicle was towed on private property, I am a resident at this property. I parked my vehicle on the property for no more than 10 minutes without a parking permit due to a personal emergency. I noticed from inside my apartment they were towing my car, before my vehicle was lifted onto their tow truck, I asked them to please not take it since I was on my way to move it. They acknowledged me and rushed the vehicle on the lift and proceeded to exit the apartment complex as I ran behind them asking to please release my vehicle. I was on my way to their facility and arrived at the same time they arrived with my vehicle and I asked them to please release it and they made me go to the front window and pay 360 dollars, even though the vehicle had just arrived. The employee at front desk was rude and denied her supervisors information, there was no way of leaving a complaint or anyone on duty who could help me resolve this matter. The vehicle was parked at the end of the apartment complex which is 11 miles from their towing facility. This happened so quickly that I feel like a victim of predatory towing, they rushed my car on the tow truck and I am concerned there might be damages under my vehicle.

    Towed my car for being in a church parking lot for 15 mins when 5 other cars were there as well. I have no idea where they expected me to park as there are construction work and signs everywhere. Charging me 410 for being held for an hr tops. Con men.

    Date of the transaction: 2014/02/24 The amount of money you paid the business: $400+What the business committed to providing you: They illegally towed my car and violated the CVC22658 code for a customer to have the right to choose to pay. As well as, impersonating the family who was not involved in the situation is against business ethics, and it is considered domestic abuse towards the woman. *********** worker named "****," a male who is assumed to be a Mexican and has his face photo posted on the Yelp page for the Coast2Coast towing company, should be put down and considered as an irrational employee for hired by any employers. He has aggressively threatened the customer, especially women. This person is strongly suspicious as he believes in the belief against the opposing gender, a racist.What the nature of the dispute is: *********** employee who answered the phone call aggressively demanded payment is for cash only when I did not wish to hold $400+ cash on my bare hands to pay them.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: When both my apartment manager and I have complained several times on the phone, the same guy every time, he hung up on the phone call in the middle of a conversation.He had the duty to deliver the correct information to the customer; the company policy/regulation cannot be overcrossing or beyond the state law or civil code conduct, but what this company's employee demanded is that the company's regulation is over-powering the state' law and the civil code.Account/Order/tracking number: NA-the company didn't even provide me the receipt.
