Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident involving my vehicle being towed and the subsequent charges. I am a physical therapist, and on the day in question, I was evaluating a new patient at their home. Typically, my patients inform me where it is acceptable to park, and I follow those instructions carefully. On this occasion, I parked in front of my patients home. After completing my evaluation, I returned to find that my car had been towed. This occurred within approximately one hour. I immediately went to the towing companys office and picked up my car within less than two hours of it being towed. To my shock, I was charged $525 for the towing and retrieval of my vehicle. As a healthcare worker who travels to patients homes daily, I am diligent about following all parking regulations. I was not aware of any restriction that would result in my car being towed in such a short time frame. Even if there was a misunderstanding about where I parked, the charge of $525 for picking up my car promptly seems exorbitant and unreasonable.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and addressing the excessive fee I was charged. I believe that this amount constitutes an unfair business practice, especially given the promptness with which I retrieved my vehicle.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*****************************

i cannot answer this complaint fully as I need to know address where the vehicle was towed from, the license plate of the vehicle and the date and time this took place.  If I the complainant was able to provide me with that information i could answer the complainant with more knowledge of the towing .

Due to either intentionally or negligence, during the towing process, To and Mo Towing company damaged my car. On April 4, 2024, I pick up my car from To and Mo towing company in *******, **. ******, one of the company's employees, drove the car from the back of the building. One of my friends, ********************, me and ******, noticed damage to the back of the car/below the license plate (bumper area). ****** and I took pictures of the damage and he stated that he would report it to management and that I should hear back by the following day. However, as of Sunday, April 14, 2024, which is over ********************************************** management staff. I have sent several emails as well as called the company numerous times, but they have not contacted me and is trying to avoid their legal requirement and responsibility to resolve this serious issue. In addition, on April 10, 2024, I contacted the company again and spoke with **** and he stated that he would deliver the message about my vehicle damages to management and he also confirmed that the company received all of my emails. **** also confirmed my car's license plate number as well as the SO#******. Please see the attachment for detailed information regarding the cost to repair the damages caused by To and Mo Towing Company. The apartment complex (the manager) that requested the tow also call and sent emails to To and Mo to request information about this serious matter but To and ************* team continues to avoid speaking with the apartment complex. I am seeking to be paid the amount in the attached estimate so that I can repair my car.

I was wrongfully towed by this company on 1/31/2024. I was parked on a guest parking spot. They claimed that I needed a permit even for the guest parking but I dont. I have attached pictures of the parking rules posted and the actual parking rules that the ***** Private Property makes residents sign. I have attached all pictures proving that. I also have a dash cam video where it shows that I was legitimately parked in a guest parking spot. I mentioned to the employees there that they might have towed the wrong car which is an honest mistake but I shouldnt have to be paying this amount of money for the wrongful tow which was $546. I asked for the pictures and videos of the car and they did not provide that to me. I have a LEGAL RIGHT to those pictures. Just like I have pictures of where I was parked too to prove that it was a guest parking spot and obviously wasnt staying overnight. I will continue to fight this until I get reimbursed.

********* filed a lien sale on a 2016 ****** 4Runner that ******************** is the lien holder on. The vehicle was abandoned by the registered so ********* filed the lien sale that took place on 12/22/23 at 10am. We attended the so called public sale and no one was there but one of the workers from *********, he refused to give us his name and just said not to worry about it. He looked upset that someone had actually showed up. When we asked about the vehicle he opened a gate so we can see it and asked us to give an offer. When we did, he went to tell one of his mechanic's what the offer was and then he countered something way higher to discourage us to continue to bid. It was obvious this other guy was not going to buy the vehicle and was in cahoots with his coworker. This is very illegal and bad practice, who know how many other victims they have done this to! Please have someone look into this and let me know if there is anything else I can provide. We also recorded this on a cell phone if it helps. Thank you

11/29/2023 8PM LIC 8SKL691, this is the 5th time Im towed by this company, THIS TIME not lawfully! I get home from ******, super large load had to do it outside of our complex (****** Plaza OC **) I stopped for 3min to unload not red zone, its unloading zone for groceries and large things humans need to do daily, in that 3 min in a manner like thieve driver took my car, my neighbors saw the whole thing, they will sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury as eye witnesses for civil suit purposes, the girl in the office says fire lane blocking roadway, LIE! I will subpoena the photos for proof, I will *** I dont care how much paper work and work will go into it, Its gonna get done, then post the process on all their 1 start reviews so people understand their rights, that bullying is a habit of cowards and must be confronted legally. Let me start by saying that after this write up I will be emailing the ***** company since they own the property, next I will be emailing Reliant parking company to understand who gave this thieve the right to steal my car, notices was not given, as per VC s ***** its a unlawful tow.Tomorrow at 2pm I will be at ********** Beach location to pay $300 $400 ******. they will force me to sign against my will, since they will not release my car if I dont, and daily charges will apply and eventually losing my car, which is against contract law, its a process but Im so ready for this, also I will booklet the process, and hand it to all *************** to follow and claim their rights. The CEO is also the owner. Have his 1st name last name which is start of all suits, *********************************, because he binds the corporation not his locations OR rude employees, that will be done via registered mail by the court clerk or me as post master, in the suit process there will be court reporters to record all steps since judges may stray from the law and take business side, the record will be there for court of appeals. Law is a two way road.

This person is incorrect as a towing company we do not have to give anything to the registered owner   of a vehicle that we are asked to tow prior  to towing the vehicle.  The other clams are from  an angry person  who had his/her  vehicle towed for the 7th time.  All the complainant has to do is follow the rules of their respective property.
