    To Whom it may concern at Deutsche Bank, PHH New Rez, SPS Servicing, I have previously attached a HUD/Settlement Statement for a CASH offer of $60,000 short sale contract that has been in the works since 09/03/2021. It is now March 26, 2022 and we are still waiting on this short sale to happen. This $60,000 cash offer is on the verge of canceling this contract as well. I had a previous CASH offer of $65,000 that was submitted on 05/14/2021 to PHH but the seller canceled the contract on 09/01/2021 due to the length of time it was taking PHH to approve the $65,000 cash offer. Prior to this short sale CASH offer of $65,000 Ive submitted an additional 3 offers that were declined by PHH New Rez that were within reason to the market value (CMA) of the area as far back as the year 2019. In addition to all of this back and forth the following letters were sent out recently: January 18, 2022 Foreclosure Action Taking Letter from PHH January 24, 2022 $60,000 Cash Short Sale Denial Letter January 26, 2022 Agent ID# 7LA at 18:15 updated loan # ********** file as Short Sale Packet is complete. I have copied the following ***************** on this email from Deutsche Bank (Christian ******* ******************************************, ***************************, **** Wynaendts) before I file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to discuss Deutsche Bank as well as PHH/New Rez short sale procedure. I would love to speak with someone from Deutsche Bank on the phone as I have tried contacting the ******** location at ************ and I also tried to contact the ******* location with no luck. P.S. I have all of my supporting documents if you need any previous offers and/or documents from PHH/New Rez regarding any previous offers or information that I received from PHH/New Rez. I HAVE BEEN IN THE PROCESS OF THIS CASH SHORT SALE FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR NOW AND WE ARE STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I am in the process of losing this BUYER due to lack of professionalism.
