      I placed a $100 deposit for the companies Intellivision Amico game system back in 2020. They STILL haven't released the device and have recently made the announcement they have sold the "Intellivision" IP and claim to now be working on a stand alone console that isn't at all what I paid the deposit for. I have emailed them via their website and have received no response in over 2 weeks. I would like my deposit refunded back as they literally can't release the product they advertised as they no longer own the ***

      We've found the support email that the customer sent us on July 8th.  We have replied to inform them that their refund request has been added to our refund queue. We have informed the customer that we have a monthly budget for refunds and that we estimate that their refund in full will be processed in September.

      Ive preordered a product in 2020 and asked for a refund 12/4/22 and have not received it yet. I stated in the email that the original payment method was compromised so they needed to issue a check and also provided my mailing address. Never received a response

      We have found the customer's order based on the receipt attached by the customer.  We also found his earlier email to our support channel requesting a refund.  We replied by email to ********************* at ******************** to arrange a refund of the deposit via PayPal. We will issue a full refund as soon as he confirms the email address to which he would like to receive the PayPal payment. If we do not hear back within a week, we will issue a refund via PayPal to ********************.

      We have been without support staff for some time due to financial difficulty. We now have someone working through the backlog of support tickets and issuing refunds for support tickets requesting refunds.

      Placed preorder and paid money for their new Amico system on March 31, 2020. The amount was deemed refundable on their website.After it became clear that they were not going to deliver units to customers in 2022, they said that you could contact them and get refunded. I submitted a refund request and they didn't provide any response. The sound of crickets. If you look online, you can see many other people make similar comments. They took our money and ran.I don't think they will ever refund my money but I want to make sure that they are noted for what they did to people.
