      J*** the owner is immature and abandon his his contract. He tries to convince you to take short cuts, and when asked about other work he abandoned he lacks accountability despite a contract. He becomes childish and argumentative. Don’t buy into his promises, they are empty. He lacks integrity and follow through on his commitments. He takes liberties with decisions without alignment from the client. And he leaves a mess behind. You’ll end up having to file a complaint with his bond company to get your money back.
