I am giving a 4 star review at this time due to the fact that we have only been dealing with payjunction for the past two months. However, each and every time we have talked to N*** or any of the other support team members, they have been very helpful. They call back to check and see if we need any further assistance. They have been wonderful. We just started our business. We compared rates and had a consultant advise us. She reviewed PayJunction and found the rates were very competitive. They also get on the phone and help immediately when you have any kind of problem. We did get a few minor mixed messages about how to qualify for a free machine but other than that they have been great. I would recommend them. R*** was particularly helpful.Review from Kevin C

We are fairly new to Pay Junction. Because we're new we've had to call in a few times for support as it also relates to our new EzyVet software. So far every call has been answered quickly, efficiently, and friendly. We've been in business for 22 years and have used several different credit card processing companies. Pay Junction is by far the easiest to use. BTW.... props to Razz in support... I'm still laughing.Review from Rebecca S

N*** always responds whenever I am having an issue. And if he leaves me a message and I'm too busy to call back he will 100% follow-up which as a busy practitioner means a lot!!! Always able to walk me through any questions I may have and NEVER makes me feel dumb!Review from Lynn Z

I have been working with Pay Junction for several years and I have been able to deal with the same person N*** ********, its great being able to talk to a person! And whenever I have a question/issue he is there in a timely manner to take care of it or help, and he makes sure I understand everything before getting off the phone.Review from Denise F V

This company cannot verify returning my money and is not willing to refund my money. This is fraud and is not due diligence and will be escalated.
