Terrible the puppy has no USB and the company wants to return 15 percent this is highway robbery and it’s for children . Despicable . This is what I Received back First and foremost, I would like to apologize for everything that you have gone through since the product was not what you expected. According to our policy, we're happy to send a free replacement if there is product quality problem. Unfortunately, it seems that the replacement can not solve your problem. If you want to return, I'm sorry that you have to pay the shipping fee back to our return warehouse in Asia. However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. Alternatively, we would like to offer 15% refund on your current order. You can keep the product or donate to someone who may need it. How do you think, Paulette? Actually, I think this offer is a better deal rather than choosing to return. I hope you understand my attempts to fulfill your request and that we've made every effort to arrange the best deal for you, Paulette! Note: The address in the label is not our return warehouse. FastSpring (aka Bright Marketing, LLC) charged my PayPal account without my authorization. I had cancelled my Carb Manager app account in 2021 and blocked them from my email server, apparently before they decided to collude with FastSpring. I never received any email nor invoice for any service/product from this company. I tried calling the number that PayPal suggested and the recording told me to contact FastSpring via their website. After twenty minutes going through verification screens, I gave up and called PayPal and a lovely representative named Ravel began the process of my dispute. How the Better Business Bureau can give Bright Marketing, LLC an A+ rating completely eludes me. PLEASE, read the freaking reviews of FastSpring online. They are SCAMMERS!Bright Market, LLC

Starting in March of 2024, I began receiving $9.00 monthly charges from "Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring" on my paypal for a "Personal plan." I have not initiated any services with FastSpring and have disputed these charges with PayPal. I made several attempts to reach out to FastSpring via email through their published address and gotten "Undeliverable" responses from the mail system. I have attempted to call their published phone number and gotten a "not in service" recorded message. The transaction lookup interface on their website does not allow searching by transaction ID, but instead requires disclosure of PII that I do not feel comfortable sharing with a company that I believe to be involved in fraudulent practices. I am writing this review as a warning to others, however, if the charges are not refunded through PayPal, I will escalate this to a complaint with the BBB and will be filing interstate fraud charges through the FTC and Virginia Attorney General.Bright Market, LLC

FastSpring allows shady and sketchy entities to user their payment platform. They allow hidden fees and unknown subscriptions that we did did not signup for. I recently purchased something from a company that uses FastSpring to process payments. That company has been completely nonresponsive to my requests for support. I have no way to request a refund. They got their money and forced an annual subscription charge on me that I cannot cancel through their website. I had to go through my own account to stop any future charges. This is the kind of garbage FastSpring does business with. If you see FastSpring as the 3rd party payment processor a web business uses, don't buy from them.Bright Market, LLC

They went into my computer to clean and install their program and in doing so broke my mother board, which they told me to take to a repair shop, the repairman said they went into a place they shouldn't have gone. I had to purchase a new mother board cost $999.98 and all they want to is give me back 50% of the subscription. All I can say is stay away from this company, their techs don't know what they are doing!!!!Bright Market, LLC

Directed to another Web site 'if you received as charge in error'. No other options. Very poor service. I had a charge appear on my credit card, I called the number on my statement, I was directed to FSRB.COM where I was able to complete a form, get a copy of my receipt. Seamless, flawless, very useful. I know many only leave negative comments but this was a great experience and was very simple to use.
