      LTN********* Stuck at their facility since 2/7/25…trying to reach them by phone is a joke (canned message saying they are “experiencing a high volume of calls” 24/7…left several voicemails with all my info, as well as emailing with no response…all for a package of comics/ drawing implements ($300 worth)…EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/EXPERIENCE

      I ordered an item Dec 18th 2024 and have yet to receive it. I have called multiple times and when they get on the line it goes dead.

      Product was ordered from retailer December 6. First notification was package was now with shipper December 12. Package has been sitting in Burlington Ontario Since December 12 with no movement. Package was promised for delivery December 20, in Kamloops, BC. It is now December 19, with still no movement. There is no hope this package is going to arrive as promised, nor in time for it's intended recipient. Company website says to direct any shipping inquiries to the retailer where the order was placed. I would like this shipper to locate my package and deliver.

      I’m reaching out in hopes that someone might be able to help me resolve an issue I’ve been having with Landmark Global. I recently placed an order for 13 items on FragranceNet.com, Inc. (Order #33******1). FragranceNet shipped the items to Landmark Global, but that’s where things have stalled. The tracking number I was given is LTN********9N1, and the last update I’ve seen is “Data Received” on Monday, November 25. Since then, there’s been no movement or updates on the shipment, and I have no idea where my package is or when I can expect it to arrive. Adding to the frustration, I’ve had a hard time finding any way to reach Landmark Global. There doesn’t seem to be a clear or accessible phone number, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone who can help.

      The delivery driver did not follow their policy of leaving the parcels in a secure place or try to knock on our door. They items were stolen. When we tired to call and get some documentation for the company who sent the parcels the woman who answered refused. We tried calling multiple times and we always had the same woman answer. She kept telling us that she was not authorized to send anything and did not tell us who to contact so we could get the information requested.

      I ordered from bed bath and beyond and this is their shipper. The shipper is not sending appropriate tracking, it has terrible customer service, it tells me there’s delays… which is 3 weeks of delays. Going on a month. I want my item!!! Why is it sitting at all these stops for weeks. I want my item. They did not purchase this item, I did. They are a terrible shipper. I refuse to use this company or buy from any business that uses them. They need to tell me where my item is!!

I contacted your transport and I was told there was delays, delays, delays. Your transport business has terrible tracking, endless delays, and no communication between the seller.

      I have placed an order with Melt Cosmetics on Dec. 6, 2023. The company has shipped the product the same day via Landmark Global. The package (LTN******460) has arrived in Belgium Dec. 15 and the tracking signals it's been sent to the country of Destination (ITALY), but hasn't been updated ever since. Deeming said package lost, another shipment was sent Dec. 28, 2023 (LTN*******72), and like the previous package, after arriving in Belgium and declaring the package was en route to the country of destination on Jan. 5, 2024, no other updates have been provided. I have contacted customer service but the company insists the package is traveling to the country of destination despite having already lost one package and the current one being stuck in Belgium for nearly 10 days. I would like to receive my package.
