    I have extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I placed an order and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and assistance I encountered throughout the entire process. First and foremost, the delivery of my order took an astonishing one hour and forty-five minutes to arrive, which is completely unacceptable given the industry standards. When I called your customer service hotline to inquire about the delay and seek assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude and offered no helpful solutions. Despite the lengthy delay and poor service, I requested to cancel my order, only to be told that it was too late to do so. Additionally, when I inquired about receiving a refund for the inconvenience caused, I was informed that it was not possible, without any valid explanation provided. What adds insult to injury is the fact that I was not notified about the delay or any issues with my order. When I pressed the customer representative for an explanation, they were unable to provide one, showcasing a lack of transparency and accountability on your company's part. To make matters worse, the customer representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also displayed rude, condescending behavior. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it and eventually hung up on me, further demonstrating the lack of professionalism within your customer service team. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Your company's abysmal service and lack of concern for customer satisfaction are unacceptable. I have had multiple negative experiences with your company in the past, and this recent incident solidifies my decision to never patronize your services again.
