      I placed an order with Makes 3 Organics in 5/23 and have been chasing down this order ever since. I’ve sent the owner D.S. multiple emails and he initially ignored them but finally promised to track down my order in 09/23. I’ve not heard back since then despite my follow up emails. I no longer trust this company and would like a refund. Please do not buy from this company as he is stealing from his customers.

      Order placed on July 30, 2023 For soaps It was a preorder for the soaps to be delivered November 2023. Never received anything and no refund. I would like to have my money refunded. I feel scammed because the order was to pay first, with a small discount, and delivered later. Usually business doesn’t charge until shipping is issued. The company was probably already in trouble and they were trying to get some cash flow.

If you would like, we can finally fulfill your missed orders, or we can refund. If you would like us to fulfill your order, I would like to offer you additional store credit for the value of the delayed order. Our site should be back up and running by the end of April and we can create a discount code for you, or we can track manually.

      I ordered multiple bars of soap with the following information: ORDER NO. #16144 Order date: 21 August, 2023 Total price:$143.72 multiple emails from the company were not returned. There is a man named Daniel Sperling who finally did return the email and lied to me saying that the order was being prepared and then that the order was shipped and none of that was true. I warned him that I would be contacting the BBB and he then dropped correspondence with me. his email is: [email protected] I also saw on the Internet that multiple other people had similar complaints.

      I made two orders: Order no: 15949 for $239.60 on July 2, 2023 Order no: 16056 for $100.96 on July 31, 2023 I did not receive merchandise ordered. I contacted seller numerous time and was promised the shipment to no avail. Next I requested the refund. Since I paid by paypal, merchant try to issue refund, but it bounced back as cancelled on following dates: Sept 30, 2023 Oct 5, 2023 Oct 16, 2023 Dec 15, 2023 In the mean time I asked merchant to send me a refund by check. The person who send me all the emails was D***** ********

      I'd been ordering from this company for several years with no issues. But then a few months ago their website went down so I contacted them via email. The owner, D***** ******** replied and said "Our site went down a couple of weeks ago but I left it down as we are going through some changes. But we are accepting orders via email. Just let me know what you would like and I can send you an invoice and we are accepting secure payment via venmo or zelle." As stated I'd never had any issues with this company previously so I trusted Daniel and went ahead and paid via Venmo. And now over two months and many lies later I still have not received my order nor a refund. Every time I followed up with Daniel he apologized, had some excuse, and said he would send the order. All lies. I've read other complaints here on the BBB site and I see he's done the same thing to other customers. Fraudulent scam websites are bad enough, but this is worse, as Daniel has been stealing from his loyal customers. Knowing that we trusted him from our past purchasing experiences. Reprehensible. The Makes 3 Organics website is still down. DO NOT TRUST D***** ********/MAKES 4 ORGANICS, DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY.

      I am rejecting this response because I requested a refund:

      1) On 11/30/23 I requested a refund from this business, NOT fulfillment of the order.  I'm no longer interested in receiving their product as I have completely lost trust in this business/business owner due to the many lies and delays over the past few months. I also no longer trust in the quality of the product, and as this is a lip balm, something I will put on my skin and also ingest as it goes on the lips, I need a product I can trust to be safe.  I no longer have that trust in the quality and safety of products from this business. This business has also lied and scammed other loyal customers as is seen in the complaints on the BBB site, as well as the Facebook page of the business. 

      2) In my complaint filing with BBB I had also requested a refund as the desired settlement, NOT the order fulfilled.

      Please direct the business to issue me a refund.

      I pre-ordered 14 bars of soap on July 28, 2023 (Order #16024, $61.48 paid via PayPal). This order was due to ship on or around September 15, 2023. On September 30, 2023, I emailed the company, informing them I had not received my order and the shipment tracking link they provided had expired. I received no response. On October 18, 2023, I followed up with another email, requesting a refund. I received no response, and also discovered that their website was down. On November 22, 2023, I made one last attempt to contact the company, explaining again that I did not receive my order and wanted a refund. I received no response.

      I placed a order for 15 bars of soap on July 31 2023 and my credit card was charged on August 1 2023. I was told in my order confirmation email that my product would be shipped on November 1 2023. I have not received a tracking number yet as well. I did call the company and left a voice mail and I have not received a call back. I have also sent numerous emails to 3 different email address that I found on there website and on Facebook and no response to any of them. I also went to their Facebook page and sent them a message through messenger and I commented on other customers posts that I have not received any product or emails either, as they were complaining as well.

      Placed an order with the company on Feb 23, 2023 that was never fulfilled. The bill total was for $67.89 and confirmed withdrawn from my credit card. I contacted the company 3 times wondering where my order was or asking for a refund, and received no specific responses. The company owner (D***** ********) did send out multiple "generic" emails to what appeared to be a large distribution over the following months. These emails described mostly the hardships the company was experiencing but also expressing hope things were improving.

      I placed an order with Makes 3 Organics on 9/2/23. On 9/3/23, I received a shipping confirmation email from Makes 3 Organics which included a tracking number. I never received the package. When I went to investigate further on or about 9/30/23, the Makes 3 Organics website was down, the phone number was not answered and there was no voicemail set up, and the tracking link gave an error message when clicked. I emailed the company several times to various emails listed and have received no response to date (10/12/23). One bounce-back email I received on 10/2/23 stated Makes 3 Organics knew their website was down and it "should be completed by Monday 9/11/23".
