    Dealing with R****..travel agent. No communication..no response no help...we canceled a upcoming viking trip..tried working the logistics on fees that would need to be paid and at what loss..Neither viking nor my travel agent would work with us to postpone the trip without great loss. Finally trying to get my tripmate insurance number, through my travel agent she finally said contact tripmate, basically I am through with you. I would not recommend Caprice cruises @ travel nor tripmate insurance, they are both scams.. ruises
