I was a seasonal employee with eHealth and was scheduled to receive a bonus. I provided 2 checking accounts on file for ********************** to send my deposits through. Since being released from eHealth, one of these checking accounts have been closed. I have been asking a payroll rep for assistance over a two week time span and she has been giving me generic answers. I knew she was not looking into what I asked her because I was asking specific questions like how much is my entire bonus, because I need to see what amount is missing in air.i even had the bank send an official statement to let the eHealth payroll rep know that they have not received any deposit for me in May. She is completely useless and is not helping me solve this problem. All of this is being handled through email, so this is a long drawn out process. This is what makes me fear that I may lose the remainder of my bonus money because the representative is not realizing what Im asking for and she is not even acting like this is an urgent matter. This money is owed to me. If I dont speak to someone, preferably through a phone call to make sure communication is clear, the only thing I can thing of is handling this through civil court. I have more email correspondence between us at your request. I need my money.Business response

I was told in December 2023 by one of your agents, that if I would change from Humana to Humana Florida I would receive 100% of my ******** payment back. This is going on the 6th month, I have called Humana, Social Security and ******** several times. But still cannot get it straightened out. Someone (foreign accent person) who said they are from this company calls my place of business 3-5 times a day trying to sell ******** benefits. I have CONTINUOUSLY told them it is a business that they are calling and please do NOT call back but they call anyway, all day long. I need to file a complaint to get this UNWANTED solicitation and harrassment to stop immediately!Business response

Thank you for the opportunity to address this concern. eHealthInsurance Services **** (eHealth) received the initial consumer complaint about telephone calls to the listed phone number on April 22, 2024. Although eHealth had no record of calling the listed phone number in 2024, eHealth placed the consumers phone number on eHealths do-not-call list on April 22, 2024 out of an abundance of caution. Please allow a few business days for this request to process. I called e health to change ******** hmo provider and they completed forms and forwarded my call to activate. Person to activate never answered and change never completed as I requested and authorized. Tried to follow up to no avail. Completed request with ************* on March 15, 2024 but no activation of request. Got call today, March 21, 2024 and asked for supervisor and was denied by indefinite wait. I can not get activation for change completed. Im handicapped and couldnt do forms without pain so called but company failed to do function and I still have no viable health care now. I want corporate headquarters to answer the complaint. They are hiding from the public - corporate phone online dont go through. They are frauding the government by not doing the functions paid for in contract.Business response

I have received a couple of phone calls and 3 mailings from eHealthinsurnace svcs, **** for ******** **** coverage. I am only in my early 50s I don't want to hear from this comapny by phone or by mail ever again. When I am old enough I will seek out my own ******** information in person locally. Do not sell my information to any other person or company. I have signed up for the Do Not Call list and the Do Not Mail List in January 2023.Business response

This company is violating the **** rule. They are using a robo dialer and they call my number 20 times a day every single day! I have told them to take me off their list and put me on the do not call list so many times and they just hang up on meBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: You are denying that you called my number I have records of every phone call I received and I have calls recorded with your "Licensed Agents" Saying that they are calling from Ehealth insurance. Even if you have an overseas call center making calls on behalf of your company, you are still liable and you are still violating the **** rule.

At that time eHealth placed the consumer on the do not call list on 11/30/2023 so that calls from eHealth would cease. We have confirmed that the beneficiary was placed on the do not call list at that time. eHealth does not have record of direct calls made to this consumer telephone number since 11/30/2023. I received calls from these two numbers - ************ and ************ and they were scam numbers. I have had $154.90 taken out of my disability checks for 4 months. I did not authorize it and I stopped them on Oct. 31st but they still took the money out as well. This is a scam. I keep calling them and they keep giving me the runaround. They send me texts but I call them and they give me the runaround. I would like the refunds given back to me from August 2023 up to November 2023.Business response
