            Signed home sale agreement with them in October of last year and since they did such a poor job of marking my home, I asked for a release of my sale agreement with them in the beginning of February. I also asked them to remove my home from MLS. Since then the realtor who was selling my home is out of country, emailed me a bill of $66 without any secure way to pay on line. I called several the office several times asking for a callback. They never did but they are holding my release of sale for ******. I went to office in **************** and paid the bill 2/27/23 but only receptionist was there not the owner. I left email telling owner I left payment and I expect my sale release of sale agreement within 2 days. All I want is my release of agreement asap.

            I was dreading the whole process of having to sell my home, and they just took all the burden from my shoulders in no time. I especially loved how everything was made simple for me. The house wasn't in an amazing condition, but they fixed and flipped my home so quickly that I was shocked that they sold it 3% above market value. My wife and I were pleased with how friendly and accommodating the team was. 10/10 service.
