In September of 2023, I was contacted by these people to participate in a survey (R62877). On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, I drove to an address in ******** ******* to participate in a panel about a new product. Six weeks later, I went to withdraw some of the honorarium from their payment system and had to wait a week before I could due to having to change my password. I was offered two options: an amazon gift card or a virtual ***** I chose the latter. That was November 8, 2023. By Friday, November 10, I had not received it, so I contacted their email and was told I would have to wait two days. No explanation was given as to why. On 13 November, I called and spoke to someone in *****, who told me to check back by the end of the day. As of the following day, no funds. I attempted to contact by phone again; this time it automatically went to voicemail. They owe me $800.00 for my services. These foreigners are nothing but thieves. Indeed, the amount they have stolen is tantamount to a felony in most states. As of 11/14/23, the amount of payment I requested is still listed as pending approval. A legitimate company would have handed me a legitimate check for the amount of the honorarium when I completed my services. Do not use them.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I wonder if the right company was contacted. I have received a payment from M3 research for $200. However m-panels (maybe they are a branch of the same company?) was the one where there was a problem. However, I am happy to report that they finally released the funds (no reason was given as to the delay). I did find it interesting that I had no problems receiving calls from their number, but when I called, there was a message that "no one was able to accept the call". Again this is with m-panels, NOT M3.Thank You

This company is clearly fraudulent. They present themselves as a medical survey company inviting medical professionals to take paid surveys. You take your time and make your professional opinions completing these surveys only to never be paid. They respond to an initial email only acknowledging your participation and state the case will be escalated then never respond ever again. I have dealt with numerous medical survey companies and have never ever had any issues with payment. I am owed for multiple surveys and after reading others complaints realize I will not be paid. Be warned, MMP is a scam!Business response

I have participated in studies with m-panels for few years. However in 2022, I have not received most of the compensation for the studies. They have emailed me Amazon Gift cards however they were already redeemed by someone else other than myself. When I tried to reach, there is only one individual who answers phone every time Mr. ************ and he is the only one who answers all the emails as well. I contacted Amazon and they also confirmed that Amazon Gift cards have been already redeemed by someone else. Amazon has the names of individuals who are redeeming these gift cards. I am unable to get compensation worth approximately $300 for the services that have been rendered by me. Your assistance in this resolution is greatly appreciated. Thank you.Business response

Did a study on 12/7/2022 for $400 regarding Digital Interview on ************ A****** (R55876) and they still haven't paid. Recruited by *********************************. They continue to make false statements that the project which I completed over 5 weeks ago is still "open" and so they can't pay until the study is closed. 5 weeks is a long time to get paid anyway, but then they say that once the study is "closed" it takes an additional 4-6 weeks to be paid! I have sent numerous emails and calls to inquire of my incentive which is $400 and they always give the same response which is "I'll get back to you." Left me no choice but to begin legal action.Business response

Studies R54349, R51242 and R56376 we've verified that you did complete the project. survey still infield and it will take 4 -6 weeks times to process the honorarium from the closure date of the survey.
Study R45838 has just recently closed and we've verified that you did complete the project. The compensation payments are usually sent out within 4-5 weeks from when the project is closed
Studies R54986, R54796, R54796 and R56232 As per your requested we have investigated and found that unfortunately you have not completed the survey, Reasons(screenout),
Studies R54846 and R55149 We found that you have not participated in the studies.

I've done studies over the years and m-panels has been excellent. However, I have not been receiving payment for the past 5 studies over 2022. The last one that wasn't paid was a significant one for over $400. No response from anyone despite multiple emails and the listed phone numbers for assistance do not work. I would never waste my time with this organization ever again.Customer response
