I financed a Talaria e-dirt bike in June 2023 and in the first 2 weeks the display went black and the front brakes went out. The bike has been in the shop approximately 3 weeks in the 2 months we have had it. They will no longer take my calls and I was referred to the owner ***** who works out if the shop in ******** who has yelled at me called me difficult and said he wont honor the warranty and has hung up on my son and me twice. I brought in the bike for the display going black and said the front brakes went out. They had the bike over a week and we were told it was ready. I asked why an estimate wasnt provided and why they did work without authorization!?! The initial repair was $326 on a brand new bike and that was more than my sons bike payment! I was never provided the warranty information nor a breakdown of the repairs. The display still does not work. We brought it back and they were unable to repair it. The brakes were repaired a second time. My son asked if the bike has a warranty. They said yes. They told him to contact the manufacturer about the display but they did all they could and the bike runs. The controller needs to be replaced. Its covered under warranty but its backordered. Its been 2 months. Its gone nowhere. They are saying that since Im difficult they wont honor the warranty.
