    I brought my car in last week and received 2 quotes to fix the fender. *********************** provided the quotes. One for $661.48 had extra parts that he decided were not necessary. The second quote was for $449.79.BOTH quotes had the same labor amount of 2.2 units @ $286.00, even though the second quote did not need the same amount of labor as the first. I took my car in at 11:40AM today Friday 7/21/23. A very young man was there waiting for me and ready to start work on it. He said it would take less than an hour, so I went for lunch. 15 minutes later I got a call from ********* saying my car was ready! When I went in to pick up my car, I was surprised that the labor amount for the bill was $286.00 for 2.2 hours of work! I said to the young man, that it only took 20 minutes to repair and could the labor amount be corrected? He said to me "That's how we make our money". Basically OVER charging for labor. I'm writing to you directly ********** in hopes you can correct my bill as you're listed as the owner of this shop. I did hand over my credit card and paid the full $449.79. I'm asking to be refunded at the very least for one hour of labor $130.00.
