    This was a cash deal, paid in full. No financing was to happen and we were also told definitely that a credit report check would not be done. Unfortunately, my wife and I now both have hard inquiries on our Credit Report due to S.C. Dodge. And we have no Bill ** Sale showing it paid in full.

    Customer signed authorization at time of sale to check credit, he did not have the funds to purchase the vehicle at that time so it was going to be financed then the customer came in and paid cash after the fact.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The only "Reason" I didn't have the money is because they delayed me on a cash deal for over 2 weeks trying to get $6000 more for the truck OVER MSRP. At the time I tried to initially do the deal, all monies were available. Only after trying to rip me off for 6k more, did that fall through. The payment was actually made the VERY NEXT DAY! We were told that the "financing" was only if I could not send over the money in a week. Only then would they file. Again, it was paid the very next day and should never have gone through financing. And again, we were promised that only if we didn't pay within the week, the credit report and financing WOULD NOT BE PROCESSED. They are practicing unfair business practices and outright lying to their customers and affecting their credit on a CASH DEAL. Yes, I reject this response as they are still lying...

    We are again sorry for the misunderstanding.  You purchased your vehicle on August 8,2023.  We received the funds 3 days later on August 11, 2023.  As a result of the funds not being available at the time of vehicle delivery, we set up an option contract where you had 1 week to provide us the funds.  In order for us to be able to set up this option contract we needed to check your credit history to make sure that you qualified to do so.  This is why we obtained your written authorization to check your credit history.  To be clear, we did not process the financing.

    I am rejecting this response because: It was the dealers fault that this was processed. They obviously did process the application as the original registration had lien holder listed. I have that registration. And again, we we promised that a credit check would NOT BE DONE!!! That check needs to be removed from my credit report.

    ****** took a car and assured my niece they would transfer the title for her (she had inherited the car from her deceased mother and needed the title transferred into her name) and ****** cut her a check for the car, but they didn't transfer the title into her name and just put the check in her deceased mother's name instead and then took the check back when it was. They have admitted that the people my niece originally dealt with made a mistake and needed training, but they refuse to cut another check in my niece's name. *** has told my niece that she can no longer change the title back to her name. ****** has already gotten rid of the car and has said they won't do the name transfer and that the *** people are lazy and that she has to go back and try again. Something seems terribly wrong to me about this whole transaction. My niece doesn't have a check or the car and ****** has told us to speak with a lawyer.

    I don't believe you have the correct dealer, we do not have this customer in our system, sounds like it could be ****** dealer? 

    Please let me know if this is correct, i will at least need a VIN number to research
