    I purchased over $130. of several flower and leaf products from this company. About 2/3 of the one pound packages - ten total ordered - had alot of powdered product instead of leaf/petal product.I called and spoke with "********". I was willing to accept most of the defective products (the company website shows leaves and petals - no powder), except for two packages - alfalfa and dandelion, which were the worst. She asked me to email pictures, which I did.I asked her how long before a get a response from the company since she stated she opened a complaint for me. She refused to specify days, weeks, or months. She stated it depends on how busy that department is. I asked for a prepaid label to send them back and she refused. She stated the pictures would be evaluated based on their standards. I stated the standard is the website photos of the products - customers expect to receive what is shown as the product on the website. She hung up on **** called several times and no one would answer my calls. Also, my IP address was blocked from their website. I guess they don't understand that a person can use wifi from anywhere to access their website and also, you can use your cell phone data plan too. Well, this is the customer service you are going to get when you call for a replacement or a refund. Just a note: ALWAYS take screenshots when ordering online from anywhere. So then you have proof of what you ordered and from whom. I did this and told them I had these comparison pictures. They did refund my money that same day because I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. And I think they did this because they probably have had many, many complaints and charge backs from banks. You see, charge backs are documented by banks/credit card companies and is not favorably viewed. In addition, I would have filed a formal complaint against this company if I had to. I don't know if these products are even legitimate.BUYER BEWARE.
