    I placed an order over 1 week ago. I paid for it to be expediated due to needing a dress last Saturday. It took 3x before a reply. Tracking is useless. They denied I paid for expediteted shipping. Calls me by my ladt name. I asked where is order being shipped from 2x with no ********* must be from a foreign company. I did not read reviews, actually a woman looked it up and suggested it. Unfortunaely I placed an oder a day too soon because the next day I found a dress for the wedding. Now I know to look at BBB to find out about a scam of a business and read reviews. I already told them i will be sending item back and expect a refund if which she said it was free shipping. According to reviews I hope I can.Just had experience with 3rd party from *****, which I did notnknow on ******. Dress was too small, no tag, place in a ziplock type bag, very wrinkley and tried to have me keep the dress and only refund me the ***** it cost to ship it and sent me a label to return it, not free like they advertised on Amazon and when I refused to negate the complaint they refused the refund. Thankfully ****** us going tonrefund me and had them send me a free return label. I found a box to mail back today.Shame on these online ************* more.

    Basically ended up with 2 dresses and neither fit. According to their sizing chart should have fit but didnt. Im out$100 and 2 dresses that I cant use. Horrible refund policy

    Do not order from this company. They advertise cute clothes and then send you something that is hideous. They keep trying to offer you 30% off the cost of what you paid and offer to let you keep the item. They offered me 50% today and offered for me to keep the item. I wouldnt wear the dress they sent me to bed let alone out in public. I will never order from any of these advertised on line clothing stores again.

    **** of a Company! Do not waste your money. Products are junk, and poor quality. Maybe its time for a class action lawsuit, to stop selling junk. The product you order, is not the product you receive. I even contacted ****** to get my money back, and If that doesnt work, I WILL hire an attorney to get their site shut down!!!!!!

    The merchandise was JUNK. I tried several times to get my money back, but I got the run around and finally gave up. Believe me-this was a $101.45 ****** I won't forget. They would not send me a return label. They gave me options of getting 30% of my money back--then it was 50%-then they said I would receive a refund without sending the junk back. LIES--LIES--LIES When I FINALLY got someone on the phone to ask about this mess, there was a baby crying in the background!! TERRIBLE COMPANY and the clothes were JUNK!!

    I would give a 0 if I could. This company is a scam! Their clothing is of poor quality. Sizes are incorrect & do not look as advertised. The company does not have an *** despite advertising they have an Official Australian shop. They are not based in the ***. They offer a refund if not satisfied as long as the garment is unworn, unwashed & label attached. My items did not come with any labels. They will offer 30% refund & keep the clothing. If you complain further, theyll offer 50%, then their last offer will be 70% & keep the clothes. I urge you all to not buy from Azzlee. Its a fraud

    All the clothes were at least 2 sizes too small. Haven't tried sending them back yet as I am still waiting for half the order to still arrive.

    My experience, ordering a dress from Azzlee, was a very disappointing one. The small size dress that we ordered was labeled small, but it was actually extra large. In addition to charging customers for shipping their products, ********************** also requires customers to pay to ship returned items back to them. I advise customers to avoid doing business with this company.
