    Purchased items through Afterpay. Merchant agreed to a partial refund but never delivered. Afterpay does not help retrieve funds. The tracking number they gave me for 1 supposedly delivered item is a fake tracking number. The website for this company is terrible. Very difficult to contact them directly.

    This "Company" is using false advertising and pirated and altered images online. Items received are not as pictured or described upon ordering. Fabric received is cheap Halloween costume quality polyester, frayed edges and poor stitching. Boxy shapes, not sized correctly or the correct colors or patterns. Some items ordered were never even shipped or received. Attempted to contact customer service multiple times via email, with no response. There was not a return address on package or a phone number to contact the company. After the fact, I read online reviews, and all customers are experiencing this same fraudulent situation. This company needs to fully refund my order, and should not be in business to the false advertising and fraudulent activity. Seeking full restitution.

    I received a pink blouse that says 3x on the tag. It wont even fit a medium size. Just received yesterday. I ordered a 3x

    I want to return a dress and need a mailing label. I have made 4 requests via email to support services with no response. They do not have a phone.

    Ordered dresses online March 11 price $87.35. Company indicated free returns. Their return policy is to send email requesting return label and refund, I have done this 3 times. They have not responded to label. Yet, they offered me $23 to keep merchandise. You cant reach them except by email. I cant dispute this purchase with my credit card company until I can return the items. Besides, they are not the quality that was advertised. I think this is a foreign company saying they are based in the ** and ripping people off. After, reading the reviews, this seems to be the way they handle returns. Besides, the website says free shipping on orders $79 and above. I feel sure if and when they send a label, the postage will be hundreds of dollars to a foreign country. This type of business needs to be stopped. These items were advertised on ********.

    March 2, 2025 4 items ordered directly from CurveDream website, cost $170.95. Order rec'd on 3/24/25. On 3/25 I emailed customer service for return information. As of 3/30/2025 I have not rec'd an Authorization # or Address to mail the items back per "*****" on March 27th in email below. I replied to her with reasons for return (items too large, material not satisfactory). No Authorization # or Return address received.     My Mom ordered a dress and never received a confirmation or tracking number. It's been 8 days. I have tried several times to contact them and never heard back.

    I placed an order for 4 items, 3 were two piece outfits. One item was out of stock, and when I received the other three, they were all too small. I emailed the service department as directed and got a response, stating I could exchange the items that were too small, indicated NOT to send items to the address on packages, but never provided me with a return address. When I requested the address I got a response stating my options, still no address. My options were to accept $40 and keep the items or send them $45 and they would send me another size. I emailed again, I only want to change the size, that I understood I would have to pay for mailing the items back. They still would not send me the address as to where to send the items. Since that last correspondence, I have send 3 more emails and now they dont respond at all. This is terrible. We never did get to the refund for the items out of stock. Also, the credit card I used was compromised after I placed the order. This was the only time I used that card with. They kept trying to use my card and get my banking information. My banking institution had to issue me a new card. This is so sad. We try to do business with a company in good faith and we are ripped off for our money and our card numbers are compromised. fortunately I had high security on my card and they could not get into my account.
