    I made a purchase from JURLLYSHE on march 30th 2024. Ive been waiting for the package for over 2 weeks now! I reached out to them 2 weeks later they said the package was delivered and they sent me a RANDOM tracking number in my email that still didnt give much info!! They told me to call **** and I did md **** was confused about the package as well so they opened a case. I made sure to give JURLLYSHE the clothing company the case number because Im leaving the country WITHOUT my package and I need it resolved right away!! This is my first time purchasing from this company and this was already stressing me out having me crying and sleeping nights because now ** having really bad anxiety because now I have to prepare all over again at the last minute for my trip out the country. I told them I need my refund so I can go ahead and repurchase my clothes at a nearby store because its too late to shop online again!! The company is going to tell me that they CAN ONLY SEND ME 50% OF MY MONEY. THIS IS ROBBERY!! They literally STOLE my money. Because I cant track the package on their website, they sent me a random tracking thats not giving much info and **** is confuse about the package as well. My end red is to get my full refund back please, so I can move on from this trauma they have put me through. I will NEVER shop from these people again. This is ridiculous, Im traumatized by the situation and Im a disappointed and dissatisfied customer!! Its UNFAIR for them to be doing this to peoples HARDWORKING money!! Imagine buying something, never received it and now you lose the item AND your money?? They need to put theirselves in other peoples shoes. Do unto others as they would want others to treat them!! Help please. Because they refuse to give me my money back so I can go ahead and repurchase my items else where in a store nearby. This is REALLY messing with my MENTAL HEALTH! Thank you

    I ordered a coat a couple months ago and never received it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. We are now entering the second week in January and I never received it.

    I returned an item back on 1st December *************************** ****** in which they me gave me a receipt as proof.There is no tracking number on the receipt, in which your company is asking for.I have sent a copy via email showing my receipt which will show you that this item has been returned.Am happy to send you also a copy of the receipt as proof.I still have not received my full refund.I look forward to hearing from you.Kind regards

    I use Afterpay for $179 to receive items from jurllyshe school on a whole month I havent received my items . when I email them they tell me 2 to 3 business days then they tell me theyll send it out in 24 hours. I never received it I contact Afterpay and they said theres nothing they can do about it because they already paid for my items.

    I spend $100 on a package that I never recieved. I even paid extra for insurance coverage. My package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address that I confirmed multiple times through the site. A day later my package was marked delivered although I have not recieved anything. I work from home and have cameras. My package was not delivered to my address. **************** was of no assistance. After providing them with my case number from the postal service, they stopped responding to emails but continue sending me promotions. Phone number provided is also not a working number. It's been a month with multiple attempts of contacting them and they will not respond or rectify situation. I paid extra just incase anything happened to my package, this company violated their own policy I am highly disappointed as a first time customer and will be taking legal action. I believe this company is a scam.

    I received the item. My daughter wasn't happy. I emailed them about a refund, they said they had no return label, and that I can pay to mail it back. I said that is fine I need the address. I still haven't received the address.bive contact them several times and I'm not getting a response back.

    On June 23, 2023 I purchased 2 items from jurllyshe and when my package came in the mail only one piece of clothing was there. I dont appreciate not having all the contents I purchased in one package. There was no communication about the clothing coming separate. I dont understand how I paid a total of $57.07 just to receive only the shirt i paid for. I need my money back and my pants because this is outrageous. Doesnt make any sense once so ever.

    I purchased items online three weeks ago. Items were supposed to be shipped & received with 7 business days. Its been over 15 days, no email communication or anything received. I spent over 300. Still nothing!!

    The date of the transaction was May 20th, 2023, I had an ordered a two-piece halter set that was a promotion on their website, but I had to pay a higher shipping fee of $15. Something had felt off with the way they were charging me a higher shipping fee then what shown on their shipping policy, but I still decided to try this store out as it's very popular in my age group. A package had arrived from Jurllyshe a couple of days ago, and I opened it up only to see a completely different item then what I had ordered. They sent me this Minecraft tank top that was nothing like what I had ordered, so I contacted customer service to see if there was a mistake made. They proceeded to tell me that the two-piece set I had ordered was out of stock, so they sent me another promotional item. They never attempted to contact me or even just cancel my order since the item was out of stock. So i had asked for a refund or an exchange if the two-piece set was back in stock now. They said the logistics company had already charged the shipping fee, so it could no longer be returned to me. And on top of that, they just ignored my comment about asking for an exchange, and just offered me a discount code for my next purchase & to give the piece of clothing to one of my friends or family members. I'm filing this as I sent them another email asking again for a refund or an exchange, but they have just ignored my email. I just think that this issue could've been solved from the beginning by their company sending me a message stating that the item was out of stock or canceling my order. I feel like they let the order go through on purpose, as they know the shipping fee wouldn't be returned to the customer.
