    On December 8, 2022 I ordered a jacket from Kalesafe. I never received the item and despite several emails to the company, they refuse to refund my payment or ship the item to me. Clearly tracking service from their shipper shows the package never was delivered (if in fact it was ever shipped in the first place).

    It took 2 months to get the item... a jacket from Kalesafe website... only to get a large instead of a medium.Cheap material used. Doesn't even look as the one on their website's picture.SCAM SCAM SCAM.Now they want me to pay from my pocket for their mistake..they want me to pay for the return shipment.Or to give me a $14 partial refund to keep the item that doesn't even fit me.This company has to be investigated.

    I ordered a shirt from their online ad (I believe on ********* It said ***** business days and it took just over a month. When the package arrived, the post office required that I come in and pay the shipping. $10.85 which I had already paid when I ordered the product. They will not refund my Shipping and told me that they do anything about it. I called the post office and they told me that they never paid any postage on the tracking number, that's why I had to pay it. The shipping address is an Amazon fulfillment center in ****, **. I have read multiple complaints about this company and want people to know they are not honest business people.

    I purchased two products from Kalesafe, and they would not give tracking information or a possible ship date. I let that slide because of the Christmas/Holiday season. I asked my Son if he received his gift, and yes he received it on around January 23rd then I received my husband's gift at our residence on January 20th I could not believe my eyes. Both gifts looked like the material was a cheap polyester plastic that if you had it near heat it would melt. I am so embarrassed because they looked nothing like the product online. I called customer service today because I was unable to contact customer support because the security verification code never works I have tried several different times the last couple of days. I have spent my full day yesterday trying to contact this company. I spent over $100 to this company and evidently I am not the only only by looking at their reviews tonight. I feel totally duped. I am a former high school teacher, retired and don't have $100 plus to purchase my child and husband a gift for nothing. Please help me

    On January 10, 2023 I unfortunately attempted to purchase some clothing from KALESAFE.com. Have not received merchandise. Order number ************* Attempts to contact company whether email or phone unsuccessful. ********************** I am contacting BBB not because I think you can get me my money back or my merchandise. I am hoping you can help remove this pop up scam seller from ****** ads. I hope you have some sway with ****** ads and can convince them to remove this scam merchandise seller. Obviously if possible I would appreciate getting merchandise I paid for. I have no false allusions about that however. Thank you for your help. Feel free to contact if questions. *****************

    On December 8th 2022 at 2:46pm I placed an order with Kalesafe for 6 large men's shirts all different sizes for my husband for Christmas. After a week with no status change I tried canceling my order on 12/16/22 only to be told that I could not cancel because the order had already shipped. I reached out to customer service to find out when the order was going to be shipped and received a reply back stating (Your order is currently in process.However, due to peak season, the large volume of orders affects the delivery time.We will do our best to urge the delivery of your order.) For 3wks my order had still showed currently in process which I kept emailing customer service with the same thing about peak season and delay. On December 26th I emailed again stating to cancel my order and refund my money back only to receive an email back saying the order couldn't be canceled because the status changed to "package generated" which in fact it hadn't. On December 30th I received an email saying Delivery Notice, it showed a link for tracking with tracking number but only two items had shipped as you will see in the pictures I have attached. I received that package on 1/10/23. I then receive another Delivery notice on the same day I received the first pack 1/10/23 with link and tracking number. The 2nd package was delivered on 1/20/23 only to find that 3 of the 4 items were correct. One item I did not order. I emailed Kalesafe requesting a refund on the item I did not receive. They asked me to send pictures which I did. I told them I did not want NOTHING else from this company. I receive an email back saying (As for the item you received, we suggest you to keep the item and accept our offer which is a $13 voucher as compensation.A voucher is a kind of discount code that you can use for your next purchase. This is not refundable money.) I have already stated several times to refund me back $24.99 for the shirt I did NOT receive to no avail. All I want is the $24.99 refunded.

    Purchased four shirts from Kalesafe at a total cost of $115.56, including shipping. After waiting 46 days for them to be delivered, I was HORRIFIED to see the quality of the items. They do not even remotely resemble the items pictured in the online catalog (see photo as an example) and the cheap material they are made out of appears to be the same as those use for inexpensive Halloween costumes. Kalesafe does not offer a return policy, so this is clearly a scam!

    I ordered an outfit 12/14/22. Wasn't received until today. The items I ordered and what I received are nothing remotely close.

    This company is a scam. A Christmas purchase that I will never receive. Charged me shipping then tried to charge postage due. Stay vigilant! Don't buy from these companies that are just fronts for ***** scams. Wish I would have done my homework first.

    I placed an order on January 9, 2023, received an email January 10th item had shipped. Tracking number provided has not moved since then. I have emailed and tried to call with no response. **** website says its still awaiting item. Please advise bought the item for a birthday present.
