I purchased a Dozen Red Roses on 2/13 to be delivered in ******************** on 2/14 and paid for next day shipping. The total was $118.52 which included a $19.99 premium for next day delivery. The flowers were not delivered on 2/14 and their online tracking system showed they were delayed until 2/15. On 2/15 they were delayed until 2/16. On 2/16 they were delayed to 2/17. Each of these days I reached out to their customer service email and requested a refund due to not lack of delivery of service as paid for and no product ever being received. Each of these was met with an automated email. I did not receive a human response until I threatened to contact my banking institution and threatened to initiate a chargeback due to fraudulent charges.Once I made this claim the tracking service magically showed the flowers to be delivered to the business address, but nothing ever arrived. No flowers were ever delivered. Their customer service email said that I had to take it up with the delivery service, and it was their policy to not issue refunds.

I live in ******** and my sister lives in Los Angeles. My sister and her fiance were having an engagement party on Saturday so I looked for a way to send a gift to the party. By looking for Los Angeles gifts, I found the website losangelesblooms.com which offered nice gifts and appeared to guarantee next day deliver if I put my order in before 2pm Pacific time and spend at least $100. I put in an order for what I thought was a complete platter of Chocolate-Covered Strawberries and a Balloon and selected Next Day delivery so that it would arrive on the day of the engagement party. I pay approx $140. The gift never arrived on Saturday. It finally arrived on Sunday, and was not exactly what I ordered. It did include chocolate covered strawberries, but also other items (pretzels, marshmallows, etc.) that I did not order (and which I suspect cost a lot less than strawberries). The balloon was also half-deflated. I contacted customer service who pointed me to fine print that said (a) they do not guarantee delivery dates and (b) they are allowed to make substitutions. I checked back and the invoice clearly indicates next day delivery and anything they are claiming to be in their fine print is not obvious. Their website is false and misleading and I was duped. You can't reach a live person only customer service via email. Upon further look, it seems they are a ********-based company that buys domains and then establishes DBAs around the country and runs a very shady business where the customer does not get what they pay for and then they hold them to nonsensical buried fine print. I am going to try to put a stop payment as I did not get what I paid for. And I hope that they will not scam others.
