    Purchased a necklace for $80. Description said sterling silver it was not, owned it for five days and the rhinestones (4 in total) fell out. When I asked for a refund they down right refused multiple times. Finally agreed for a replacement necklace and it again fell apart after having possession for this time 2 days. Asked for a refund again and again and they continued to do so. They informed me they would give me 1/2 the amount back and then never followed through. I am now seeking a full refund

    February 19, 2025 $85.95 Pink wisteria fairy lamp/light What I received was not only damaged, but was horribly inaccurate to what was described online. It looked like they stuck trash together, in a phallic design no less. I requested a full refund, and they said they would only give me 70 percent back because they worked so hard on it. That whole narrative is ridiculous considering what it looks like. I emailed back, stating that was unacceptable and now they are saying 80 percent back. But I dont want to pay for their blunder, to me it just seems like they are doing this as a sneaky way to get gain from others. I would like a full refund. Not partial.

    I purchased a personalized gift on December 25 with an expedited shipping from Adorrla Jewelry. It was supposed to arrive a week later. It is now March 8 and I have not yet received it. I was in touch with the company multiple times and they kept asking for additional time from their factory. They refunded $10 of my expedited shipping, but I still have not received the product.

    Purchased a gift on 1/30/25 and they mentioned shipping in 5-8 working days, i still havent received it. I emailed them and nothing. This was a gift i needed to give on 2/14

    Ordered item online for holiday gift. Weeks went by without a confirmation number, update on tracking, etc. Reached out to customer support, was advised there was an error and was asked to wait longer for the item. Declined, as the item would then arrive after the holiday and be too late as a gift. Requested to cancel and receive refund. Customer support proceeded with the order anyway and sent shipping info and asked if Id accept a fraction of the cost as a refund. Declined. Still have not received item- will refuse it if ever delivered. **************** asked me to give it as a belated gift. This item didnt go into production until well after the timeframe to receive the order indicated on the website and was cancelled before being produced. Company refusing to refund.

    On 1/14/25, I attempted to purchase a personalized item from Adorlla, online. When I attempted to put in my payment method, the website would not continue to the payment "page". I then created an account and registered with the company so my personalized item would stay in my online "cart", and I would check the website later, and see if I could put in my payment card information, in case the website was "glitching". Over the next several weeks, I have checked the website, trying to "cash out", unsuccessfully. I decided to delete my account so my personal information was no longer available to them. There is NO form or way to delete the account myself, so I emailed the company asking them to delete my account. Every response I have received, sounds like a child's response, or someone very uneducated about the website. They have told me I could delete the account myself. I asked where the option is to delete it, and was told "Sorry, we don't know." I asked for contact information for whoever could delete my account, and was told "Okay, I will." There is no physical address or specific contact information to this company on their website, or even the name of anyone involved. This company has all my contact information, and I'm not sure where to go from here or how to get the company to delete my account.

    I recently purchased an item from their website. Its been over the time that the product was suppose to arrive. Looking deeper into the company I have found a lot of the same things happening to different customers. I did order through Afterpay and they refused to help me on the matter. I am in $60 and I just want my money back.

    Ordered an infinity necklace on Jan 22 in the *** of $62.75. When tried to track the package with the number provided, it stated that there were no order placed. Have sent 3 e-mails regarding this and have not gotten a response.

    The company said max 8 days delivery. Then told me due to high orders was gonna be very late. When so checked there site they continued to promote 8 day delivery. They know very well they can not deliver in time. They sell ********* items knowing full well they cant make deliveries any where near on time. They repeatedly lie when they email. Just want my money back they are nothing but a scam.
