I saw an ad for the shoes on ******** making the claim that these shoes would help alleviate foot problems and they would fit swollen feet. Seeing the many positive reviews it ordered a pair using sizing suggested by the company itself. When they arrived they were not even close to what was described. They were very narrow and small. I am not even able to get them in my feet. When I contacted the company to arrange a refund or exchange they claimed I would have to pay the shipping which would be very expensive and never given an address to return them to. I was offered to buy another pair at 50% off which I no longer want them at all. All I want is to return them and my money refunded.Initial Complaint

Ordered shoes and never received the. Contacted them several times asking for a refund but they are giving me the run around. Contacted **** with the tracking number and they say that they don't have any new info on the package. It hasn't moved since 1/14/2025. I ordered a pair of sneakers that are so thin that I cant even put put the front of my foot in them. I contacted the company asking for the return address and refund and I was told that I could get 20% back on my order. I ordered shoes for all day comfort per the advertisement online. Upon receiving the shoes size was small but thats wastnt the problem. I put said product on my foot and it didnt bend as its a plastic bottom and shoes is very uncomfortable. I believe they false advertised the shoes. I asked for a refund with me paying to send shoes back. The company stated to give 50% discount for right size shoe. The problem when I emailed back and for the is that they advertised a false product so I dont want another shoe. I offered to send shoes back yet they said shipping would be too expensive. The next step was 20% refund and I keep shoes. The shoes are the problem I do not want them I want a full refund or them to pay to ship item back and give me half a refund as I am on the losing end for the shoes either way but they wont budge. The shoes are plastic and do. Not bend not comfortable False Advertisement and that is why I am complaining. They wont compensate me satisfactorily considering they lied. On Sept. 29th I ordered two pairs of shoes one size 6 Sky blue and one size 5.5 gray. These shoes are suppose to help with your feet from hurting. I have yet to get my order, and I have contacted the company through email many times asking for my order or my money back and they said they will not refund my money and my order is still not here. It has been a month, my order should have been here by now. They keep saying they have sent half the order with nothing coming in the mail, they said it was on back order once again nothing coming in the mail and the same excuse over and over. ******* mom would like our money back, we got these shoes to help for support for our feet. I believe they are scamming us, I work hard for my money and would like it back, because we have not gotten our shoes and probably never will. After getting a run around for a month its time for something to be done about this and I have contacting them several times through email and get the same person that emails me back and I think that is weird also. Hope you can get me my money back because I can get shoes somewhere else in my town where I can go and make sure I get my product I am ordering and wanting not to get scammed.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes back on 10/16/2024, paid $46.86 on my Debit Card and I have never received my shoes nor my money back as of yet. I put a complaint in with my Bank and am waiting to hear back. This company told me they lost my order and are unable to find it and they wanted me to give them my Debit card back to them I said no way, Im not getting charged twice and as of 11/12/2024 my case is still open. My complaint is similar to others on here. I purchased the shoes and they sent shoes in a plastic bag. They were not anything like I purchased and the feel of the shoe is cheap. They have no support. I would like to file a complaint against this company. I bought a pair of shoes from Softsfeel. I got the size and color that I ordered. However when I tried them on, it feels like I am going to fall over on my face. The toes of the shoes point towards each other and downward in front. From my perspective, this would be a manufacturing defect. I contacted the company through their email address, which is all I could find. I was told that I would have to pay very expensive shipping in order to send them back to *****, after which I would get a refund. Why would anyone do this, if the company address is in the * S ?I have emailed them back and forth several times, in order to get a return shipping label, which they will not provide. Instead, they offer me a 50% off coupon on another pair of shoes, an exchange, or a maximum of a 40% refund to keep the shoes. They keep repeating themselves, no matter what I say. I cannot use these shoes, and neither can anyone else, the way they are made. I paid a lot of money for these shoes, that nobody can wear. I also paid for shipping , and they were not even put in a box, just a plastic bag. The company says that the shoes were not damaged during shipping, so they will not give me a refund. There is a difference between damaged and defective. I do not want to pay for return shipping, especially to *****. I do not want a coupon or an exchange. I just want all of my money back including the cost of shipping. It is not my fault that the shoes are not made correctly. (Now I have to go look for another pair of shoes someplace else).After corresponding with these people several times, I see that there are many such similar complaints. This company is a joke... They don't offer insurance at an additional cost that id have gladly paid for. The first shoes they sent me never arrived though their tracking says they did... I did not get them can't find out who they were handed to or where they were left so terrible tracking as well before I knew how much hassle it would be to get a credit if their delivery company messed up.. I ordered a second order with two pairs for my sister and the baby blue for me... Their response has been to have me pay to have the shoes resent ... And they'll see if they can reship the second set of shoes to me because they were returned I called the front office of where I had them delivered asked if they had returned a package recently they told me only one because the name and address could not be read....but they want me to wait forever for an answer and now are talking down to me like 8m an idiot I'm not .. my next complaint will be to a states attorney general's office because something has to be done to get his company to take se responsibility for their actions both direct or indirect reason they have given for being responsible is at all legitimate.
