  Do not use this company. I wish I had never contacted them. My fence project that was supposed to take 3 days took over 3 months and then the company illegally charged by credit card for an amount that I did not agree to! The fence had to be rebuilt multiple times due to poor quality. It's not the color stain I ordered. They broke my gas line during their work because they did not do the proper preparation, causing an emergency situation at my home. This is the Dallas office of Everfence. Do not waste your time or money here. It has been a horrible experience from start to finish.

  I needed a new fence and had numerous bids from friends and companies. In the end I chose Everfence which was a great idea. ***** the sales representative sold me on the job. She was very helpful and informative. Everfence gave me a sense of security in my project. *** handled my project great. The fence crew is amazing at their craft and take the upmost pride in their work. I highly recommend Everfence they are fair on price and have a limited lifetime warranty to give a little extra security. All in all I'm pleased and happy with the work and service I was provided so I only thought it would be fair I shared my experience

  I have asked them to stop calling me multiple times and they call me at least once a day all from different numbers. The harassment is insane.

  For about 10 years, I have been trying to convince the neighbor in the house behind me to share the cost of replacing our shared fence. When they finally agreed, I asked a friend which company they had used, and that's how I ended up with Everfence. From the initial visit, all options were clearly explained (I wanted wood, not vinyl). I was so pleased with the quoted price, that I ended up also replacing two side gates.Everfence wrote up two separate contracts; one for me and one for the neighbor, so I wouldn't get stuck paying for the entire fence and then trying to collect from the neighbor. Installation went smoothly; they showed up when scheduled and left the yard tidy when they were finished.I had two (very) small "hiccups"; the installer forgot to leave me the instructions to program the gate keypad, but I received it in the mail two days after I called to ask for it. Also, after the rains, the gate didn't close correctly, so Everfence sent someone to assess the problem, then sent out an installer to fix it. BUT, when the gentleman that did the initial assessment came back to check their job, HE wasn't satisfied, and got the installers to come back and make it 100% right.I was more than pleased with the final job and with the level of customer service, especially knowing that they double-check their installer's work!I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a fence and/or gate.

  We recently used Everfence to replace our existing side and back fence that was very old and needed to be replaced. Below are the pros and cons of working with this company. Given 4 stars due to the schedulers and 1 installer.Pros -Their customer service department was very professional and tried their best to keep me up to date with the process.- The material look really nice an did match the existing Vynil fence wall that was already installed.-Our sales rep *** was informative and very helpful before the install took place.-They accept major credit cards and don't charge a fee to use your credit card which is great.-Our initial installers ***** and ***** were amazing and walked us through the process while installing.- Overall we are happy with the outcome. -We paid additional money and purchased the nice caps from ****** to give the fence a more elegant look (They were not provided by Everfence)- *********** provides your standard caps.Cons -The ordering department was horrible. A previous fence company we worked with to complete our shared wall, stated our fence is a standard order model, however for Everfence it is considered "Custom" so we were charged more for that and when it was time to install, the installers were not provided enough supplies to complete the job.-A 3 day job turned into a 6 day job because we had to wait for the materials to be available.-The scheduling manager was horrible. He moved ***** and ***** off our project and had ******* who was not so friendly complete the work.-We requested the original installers to finish the project and the company stated that if we wanted them, we would have to wait almost a week for them to finish the install. Very unprofessional being that it was not our fault they did not provide enough materials.

  We hired a fence company, Everfence to fix the chain link where a bear ran thru it. This company is terrible to work with. They didnt sent the workers with all the items needed a couple of times. Then they did part of what the contract was for. The workers told us they would be back the next day. No workers I called they, the asked me if that was in the original contract. The answer is YES!! I was told that they would replace the chain link from post to post the workers told me, no thats not what they were told. Plus the charged my CC the total amount due before the jobs was completed and for us to check it all over. I asked for 3 to 4 weeks to reverse the charges and no one ever called are reverse those charges!!! Worse company ever do not use them. Their website looks great but they are not!!!! But they are not.

  Avoid this company at all costs. I signed a contract for a fence installation in September 2022 with a period for completion of work from 2 to 4 weeks. I was told by the salesman I would hear from the company for the 50% deposit. After a week of not hearing from them I called to say I wanted to pay the deposit. After some confusion they found the contract and accepted my deposit. From that point on it was one delay after another. Some times I was told they hadn't ordered the right parts. At other times it was that parts weren't cut right and needed to be reordered. As the months wore on the Installation manager would come to remeasure something and he would get the measurement wrong. When the work would leave in the middle of the day and was never told when I would see him again. At one point I called the installation manager after a week of not seeing anyone from the company and he confessed that he thought the work was finished. By the beginning of December I got the installation manager to come by and review with me what needed to be done to finish the job. Mostly small things that could have been fixed in a half a day. He set a date 3 weeks later to come back and fix things with no explanation of why they couldn't do it all right away. And then he didn't show up today, the day he was supposed to fix things. I should mention that I began to have problems with the company 3 months ago I got in touch with the general manager who assured me he would be on top of getting things done. Throughout the next 3 months I would copy him on each ***** up, but it became evident that he was not interested in being accountable for the company's poor performance and fixing it. I should clarify that my experience was with the Newbury Park, Ventura ************** and may not be a reflection of how the other Everfence offices operate.
