If I could give a ZERO, I would.False information, fraudulent representation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and lack of just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you dont. Either you provide quality products valued at 100s of dollars each, or you dont. No real customer service given. All messages seem automated.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order, number 8593, in the amount of $195.96 on 3/10/23. ******** was expected to arrive in early April 2023. I made contact with customer service to find out order status and received a delivery tracking number AS750154758CN. I was told the delivery would be made within 6 to 11 days from 3/24/23. On 4/9/23 I received an update from customer service that the delivery would be made in 4 to 5 days. On 4/17/23 I informed customer service that the order was still not delivered. I was offered a refund and told the order was lost. I agreed to a refund on 4/19/23. I was told the refund would take 3 to 5 days. I asked for on update on the refund on 4/26/23 and was told that there was a possible system delay and they would refund with my reminder. On 4/30/23 I recieved an email that the refund was successful but my bank could take 1 to 5 days to show the credit. I tried to file a dispute with *******, the account I used to pay for the order, 7 times. ******* denied the claim and the only documentation they provided as the deciding factor was a charge slip that showed the charge. CashApp then closed my account stating that I did something against their policy. They could not tell me why but instead sent me a 400 or so paged document and told me to try to figure out what I did to cause my account to be closed. I then contacted Tidebuy customer service to find out status of refund on 5/16/23, 10/15/23, 1/31/24, & 2/19/24. I have not had a response to any of those emails. I've since moved and have a new address and new bank account. I've let customer service know this in my most recent emails to them.Initial Complaint

I ordered safflower seeds from them at the company called nice goods now its ericdress I paid ***** for the seed after ordering seed I looked up web site it didnt exsist , then went back on ****** under safflower seeds and that company nicegoods no longer was there. MY NAME IS NAA *************************.I PURCHASED A WIG FROM WIGSBUY IN MARCH, ORDER NUMBER 1511942.I RECEIVE THE **** 17TH OF APRIL AND IT WAS A WRONG ****.I CONTACTED WIGSBUY ON THE 18TH OF APRIL, AND THEY ASKED THAT I KEEP THE **** SINCE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN CHARGE AND THAT IT WAS NOT WORTH IT.I DISAGREED WITH THEM BECAUSE SENDING ME A WRONG **** WAS THEIR ERROR. THEY THEN OFFERED ME $30 DISCOUNT WHICH I REFUSED BECAUSE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WANTED AND PURCHASED.I HAVE SINCE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.I WANT MY MONEY BACK,PLEASE.
