Very Unprofessional. Had seen them because I had pain in my molars. Receptionists had a lot of attitude and just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They took forever to Get me an appointment yet alone to see me. After my consultation they told me that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled out and would need a referral to see a Dr. in Santa Barbara. 2 weeks later I went to Santa Barbara I called SBFD so they could fax the referral over keep in mind I was over 2 hours away the first time I spoke to E******** the manager and she just stopped responding to me after I asked for the referral. I called the office again and they kept me on hold for over 20 min. The second time I called they helped me right away. I spoke to m**** the first time I had told her about the situation and said she would fax everything right away. After 20 min nothing was faxed. I called once again and spoke to j****** she said she would email the referral right away but never did. To this day I haven’t Received my referral. Because of this I missed my appointment. I am still in constant pain. Sbfd has not contacted me or sent me that referral. I wasted time and gas to head out to Santa Barbara. Just Very unprofessional
