    I placed an order on 3/31/25 with this company. The sale was listed as pending on my credit card statement for over 2 weeks. I emailed and called the company 6 times over this 2 week period. First I asked the status of the order, then after numerous attempts of getting an answer I then emailed 4 times requesting the order be cancelled since they would not get back to me and the charge continued to be pending on my credit card. They never once got back to me. Then on 4/16 I got an email saying the order was processed and shipped. I immediately emailed saying that due to their lack of getting back to me and the long time to process the order that do not ship and I dont want it. They did not reply to my email and shipped the items anyway. I do not want the items and I dont want to support such an unreliable and unresponsive business.

    Made a purchase on 25 September 2024 for electrical supplies. Attempted to contact the company for tracking and shipping information twice - via online form and via email but have not received any sort of acknowledgment or reply. They have no valid phone number on their web page. No way to contact the company otherwise.

    I placed an order on May 20. Today is June 5. I tried to contact them many times to find out about my order by phone and email and I was not able to get a hold of anybody. All I got was a recording. And then when I got their phone number on BBB, I called it and it was disconnected. so Im worried I may be scammed. My funds are still pending, however, I dont want it to go through and PayPal cannot put a stop to it supposedly.

    This business literally left my company high and dry when it came to expedited shipping. When I called bc it was supposed to be overnighted (which we paid extra for), after waiting on hold for minimum of 20 mins , 3 separate times !!!, the young lady that answered took it upon herself to cancel my order ** of my frustrations with their lack of customer service or communication . This could have been handled so much better by this business. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy from this business. By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had sourcing parts for my electrical company!!! DONT DO IT !!!!! I have all calls and email recorded as proof!! **** yourself the headache !!!
