05/15/2024 1:28PM $95.00 I TRIED CONTACTING THEM AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO ANSWER MY QUESTION. ALSO THE HELP/SUPPORT ON WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN WORK. I JUST GET A ERROR MESSAGE EVERY TIME. I PURCHASED A MONTH BEFORE THIS AND MY TAX WAS $27 ON A OZ. OF THE SAME PRODUCT NOW IT'S $31. I DON'T SEE ANY CHANGES FROM THE ***** OR CITY/CITIE'S ON TAXES. THINK THIS SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO. I COULD BE ONE OF MANY MANY PEOPLE THIS ADD'S UP. I'M TIRED OF GETTING RIPPED OFF FROM COMPANIES. I have spent hundreds of dollars as a dedicated customer and have referred multiple people. My complaint is regarding my referral bonus. Based on Yelp and Reddit reviews, other customers have this issue. The referral links take the new customer to a landing page to order but do not apply the code. I have sent multiple emails with the contact list and never received a response. I am ****** because it seems unfair, deceptive, and misleading business practices. On 11/8/2022 I ordered a delivery of 6 cannabis vapor pods from Amuse cannabis delivery (Open *********************** ***** On 11/17 I went to open the package of one of the pods and discovered the pod was completely empty so I contacted them through the chat box on their website to advise. A person named *********************** called me at 12:51 pm from ************ and told me a promo code would be automatically applied to my cart to credit me the empty pod when I placed my next order. On 11/28 I placed another order but the credit was not applied to my cart as promised so I reached out through text reply and the chat online to advise. They showed up with the delivery but refused to honor the credit so they left with the delivery and cancelled the order. I contacted them again through the online chat and '*****' replied through email with a code to enter at checkout which would deduct the amount of the empty pod I received. On 12/1/2022 I placed a new order using the code ***** provided which deducted $60 from the total. This time they required me to connect my bank account electronically by signing into my bank account through their website. The delivery was scheduled between 10 am-12 pm and they never showed up or contacted me. I reached out several times and they rescheduled the delivery several times throughout the day into the night, but each time never showed or called. They also deducted $335 from my bank account, yet delivered nothing.As of present they have made an unauthorized $335 deduction from my bank account and I have paid $60 for an empty item so they owe me $395. I've reached out numerous times since and they have not responded at all.Initial Complaint

I made an order on 09/18/22 for some items. The delivery driver refused to give me change even when I asked for it. He also used profanity at me and left. It is impossible to contact AMUSE. They send you to an online bot that only responds to a few commands about order status. It's been almost two weeks and no response other than an ********* message telling me HEY FAM? IS THIS RESOLVED YET... well it is not resolved and there is nobody to talk to. Your driver stole money from me and you aren't doing anything about it. I've reached out to both emails they provide for customer support. Nothing happened. I reach out on social media. Nothing happened. I reached out on ****. Nothing happened. There is nobody to talk to. ************************************************ The same driver argued with me about coming into my building even though all the drivers before had no problem doing so. I ordered a pack that is supposed to include a Sativa amplify, a hat, and a fan for ***** However, what I was delivered was only a pen. I never received the full package as was advertised and I am waiting to hear back from customer support. â— Date of the transaction ******** â— The amount of money you paid the business The total for the order was ******** which includes a total of six items and various taxes. The item in question was ****** (before tax). â— What the business committed to provide you Amuse is a delivery-only cannabis dispensary. With this order, I also purchased a grinder, which is used to break down dense "nugs" of cannabis, thus making it easier to smoke. The item can be seen here:********************************************* â— What the nature of the dispute is I'd had the grinder and used it daily for about four months, and in mid-March 2022, I began noticing small black flecks mixed in with my ground cannabis. At first, I thought the flecks were just part of this particular strain of flower, but then I noticed them every time I used the grinder, and since it's painted the same black inside as the outside, it didn't take long to figure out that it was the cause of the problem. I opened it up and could easily see multiple spots where the black paint was indeed flaking off and getting mixed into the cannabis which I'd been smoking. â— Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem I first reached out to Amuse on 3/20/22 via a form on their website. Their responses came within a reasonable amount of time, but seemed as if they weren't really reading what I had sent; for instance, "please include the expiration date" when a grinder would obviously have no such expiration, or asking me for details that were already clearly spelled out in my email, or saying "I can't find the order where you purchased this item from us" (which is RIDICULOUS), etc. They offered me a 20% discount on my next order, but I explained that I didn't want a discount, I wanted them to stop selling the item, and seeing as how it was an obvious potential health problem, they should WANT to stop selling it...yet it still remains available for purchase. â— Account/order/tracking number ***********Initial Complaint

Missing item from order. I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. After seeing other reviews about this issue, we asked the driver to check if everything was in the bag. He would not let me check personally and checked himself. He did not let us see without paying. He took the money and drove off. We tried calling the driver back after realizing there was an item missing and no answer. the bot on the website is completely useless and there is no other customer support contact information at all on the site. After wasting hours on this, I would like a refund of my order and will be leaving a scathing review.
