      Earny has been drafting money out of my account for 3 or 4 years I do not even have the app anymore and I have tried calling them several times and they do not answer. They have a voicemail with just saying "Hello" there is no message you can leave and no one calls back this is not acceptable. I have even changed my card number with my bank and they continue to draft even though my bank has tried to block any more funds .The phone number that they have on my bank draft is ************ I have been unsuccessful trying to reach them. And I found out they are doing this to others.

      I have been charged annually for the past 3 years on June 25th by Earny for their "premium subscription" which I never signed up for. Now, it appears the business has closed and I am still getting charged a $50 annual fee. I also tried reporting this in 2022 and 2023 with no success. It has gotten to the point where my only option seems to be reporting it as fraud with my bank and having to change my card number.I have tried emailing all emails they have listed online- ********************************** *************************************** and ********************************** and all emails bounced back because the addresses could not be found.I have tried logging into my Earny account but it appears that they have shut down operations and I get an error message every time I enter in my credentials. I have tried finding their app to solve this, but they are no longer in the app store.I do not know how this company can continue to charge clients when they are clearly not operating.

      Like practically every other complaint I've seen submitted to BBB, Earny is rebilling me annually for a subscription that is not functional and cannot be canceled. Every email address cited on their website is defunct. The login system on their website does not work. This company is simply stealing money from people without providing any sort of service.You'll notice that they ask you to provide your Amazon username and password to log in. This is not how any other website facilitates this functionality. Instead, they would ask you to connect through the Amazon API, so you are not at risk of having your personal information stolen. Not only is this company running a complete scam, they may also be phishing Amazon login credentials.

      Despite multiple attemps over years on my part, Earny will not cancel my subscription. They do not reply to my emails asking for an update. I would appreciate Earny refunding me for any and all subscription money that have taken from me.

      I have been trying to cancel this service for over two years and I continually am charged 19. 99 per year. They do not respond to emails and there is no way to cancel online I need help!

      Earny keeps on charging my credit card $5 every month. *** tried everything to contact the company in hopes of canceling this but they have no method of contact. I tried changing my credit card, deleting their merchant code, escalating with fraud team and to no luck. I need this business gone.

      After reading many of the other complaints, I see this is common practice with *****. I have tried many times by email to cancel my subscription. I am unable to reset my password and login to my account so I cannot try that way. But no one is responding after emailing both ********************************* and ********************************* many times I first reached out on Feb 21, 2022 and a number of times after with no reply to refund months and months worth of subscription fees.at the very least cancel my future fees since I am not able to sign in or use my subscription

Since then, I have?not?seen?any?benefit?to?being?a?member?of?Earny.?I?have?not?received?any?cashback, even though?I?do?activate?cashback?when?I?buy?things?online.?And,?I?have?not?gotten?any?money?back?for?late?deliveries,?even though?I?have?had?quite?a?few?late?deliveries?from?Amazon.?I?am?honestly?not?sure?what?I?paid?for?as?I?don't?see?any benefits?to?the?service.I have contacted Earny's support team three times since 08/20/2023 and have not gotten a response from the company, beyond an automated message that says they received my message and will respond within 72 hours. I think the company is no longer active and is still charging customers.

      I havent used this app since 2017 and wasnt aware that I was being charged almost $50 a year from them. It was my mistake to not realize, I guess, because I must not have read it well enough when I signed up and they gained my amazon credit card info. But after finally noticing this charge a month ago and then looking through my transactions for the last few years I see I was charged this every year since at least 2020. I emailed them and asked if I could be refunded at least for this year and to have this canceled. I cant even get into the account to cancel it myself, but I havent gotten a reply. Its been a month and Ive emailed them twice and send two messages on ******** and their phone number is no longer active. I just want at least this years money back and to no longer be charged going forward.

      I sent them an email saying do not renew on August 8th. They have now charged my credit card for a renewal that I did not approve. Refund me my money.
