      Much like everyone else that has had issues with this company, I'm experiencing "issues" with this company. While I've used their services in the past, I've been charged approximately $60 each year so far for the past couple of years and haven't really seen any cashback at all from them from when I've shopped online. I've only been seeing charges from them. I've tried to request a refund and cancelation of that service, I've had no response at all from them other than an auto-response and getting angry with them to the point where I've had to take measures on my end to prevent any further charges from occurring again. I would like to be able to see a refund of some kind and to talk to an ACTUAL HUMAN, I've gotten nowhere with emails at this point. Bottom Line: Steer clear of this company, you won't see much in terms of cashback and no response from them at all!

      I have earned over $75 using earny's cash back app/site. I have been reaching out to them for the last year in all of the methods they list to do so to get this cash back paid out. There has never once been a response.

      I have been charged yearly for this subscription that I dont use and cancelled a few years ago. Every year at this time I tell them to cancel it and need to dispute it. I got a notice a few weeks ago by email saying I would be charged the yearly fee again and I replied then that I needed this cancelled. For the 3rd year in a row I was charged anyway.

      Just like all the other complaints, I have requested to cash out numerous times with no response. I decided to forgo my earnings and just cancel my subscription. I have tried for months and they just won't cancel. I email like they ask and I get no response back. Please help get this fraud of a website canceled.

      I have not used Earny in a few years. I noticed I keep getting charged for a yearly subscription. I disputed one two years ago and emailed them to remove me. I have not been removed from auto billing and have since been charged another two times. I have emailed them several times and I get no response and also I am not able to log in. I have looked to see if there is a way to go in and there is none. I wanted to be removed from auto pay for a subscription I do not use and also I would like a refund

      I have been trying to cancel my Earny subscription since late 2020. I am unable to link my accounts and so I am not getting the refunds the app is made to uncover. Unfortunately I am also unable to cancel my subscription through their website or app. When I try I'm told their app had a "hiccup" and they're working on the error. Sure it's only $2/mo, but it's EVERY MONTH FOR LITERALLY YEARS for a service I do not want and cannot use. I have disputed the charges with my bank and repeatedly emailed Earny regarding the cancellation. No response. At this point Earny owes me at least $50 just in subscription fees. I feel scammed.

      No matter how many times I "cancel" my account mysteriously reactivates and charges my card. Had to finally do a chargeback for that because Earny refuses to respond to messages on social media or via email. They also do not let you cash out your "earnings" that you PAY to receive, as others have mentioned. I have $38.21 sitting in the account that I have tried to "cash out" multiple times to no avail. I would like my "non-refundable" membership fee refunded, and/or my "earnings" sent as legally bound in your contract.

      I've requested multiple times over many months to cash out. I've e-mailed, sent a letter through ***** and messaged through ********* There is NO response to any of these. I just want to get my money and cancel the subscription. I still get emails from the company telling me my cashback summary, but never a response to get my cashback

      I have submitted over 8 times to cash out the earnings I have accumulated. They do not respond nor send my payment to my Paypal ************************************ as legally bound by their terms and conditions. Please help me get my cashback. Thank you. They owe me $38 and I want my money asap. I have even tried using another email address to contact them.
