    I ordered "Taste" 7 in from the Canadian store on October 1, 2024 (order # *************/ refer # SCCA4680), as well as "Bed Chem" 7 in and the "Short n Sweet Tour is So Nice tee" in 2x on October 30, 2024 (order # *************/refer # SCCA5208). This cost over 150 dollars total.Both were delivered January 23, 2025 via ******, but we were not at home at the time of delivery. When I arrived home, both packages were completely pillaged, and am left with none of my items; all that was left was the receipts and packaging. I sent them the official Sabrina Carpenter store an email the day it was stolen. I did not receive any correspondence except the bot response.We reached out to ******, who sent us forms to send to the Sabrina Carpenter Official Canadian Store to request replacement or refund. I sent that to them February 3rd, and have not heard anything back. I have emailed again since, as I am concerned about the store finally getting to our ticket and it having exceeded the time limitation, or something similar. I still have not heard anything back, and it has been over a month since initial reach-out.I don't want them to block me from purchasing with this account in the future, but understand actions taken could result in that.

    I purchased a $168 order from their website The Sound of Vinyl on Jan 5th 2025. They were to ship Jan 8th. It is now February 10th. Nothing has shipped everytime I email someone it's the same fake response that says there was a system error and they have reprocessed the order and it will ship soon. They have been saying the same think since January 10th. LITERALLY VERBATIM RESPONSE. NOthing has shipped. No one has addressed my concerns. This company has stolen money from me with no intent to deliver the goods.

    I ordered a hoodie from ****** the Veils merch site. The hoodie they showed in the pictures looks nothing like what I received. I reached out to customer service and I was originally told they would re-ship it. That was 2 weeks ago and now when I follow up they say Please know that we are here to help and will look into this issue for you. Well reach out as soon as we have more information to provide the support you need. but wont actually confirm if they will be fixing the problem when I ask. The photos on the website still show an inaccurate product despite every one I have talked to receiving theirs in the same way I have. I would like to have the correct item and/ or know what is happening and why they backtracked on telling me it will be re-shipped.

    I ordered a t shirt for a Christmas present December 9th. Delivery attempted when I wasn't home ( they took a pic of my door so they were at the right place and texted me. I requested delivery Jan 6. They did not communicate. I left several more date options but have not heard from the delivery service. Before the last 3 delivery possibilities were listed, I contacted the seller but have not heard back aside from an auto reply.

    Placed an order in November. Finally received in January and it was the wrong item. Ive emailed multiple times asking how to return the wrong item and get what I actually ordered. I have yet to get any response.

    The Taylor Swift Store/Universal Music Group have a fake accessibility policy on the website - ***************************************************************************** reality, they refuse to provide any assistance to fans/customers with disabilities, by way of completely ignoring email requests for assistance. The store and *** also exclude fans with disabilities entirely, be rewarding speed so whoever can checkout the fans, wins. Items are gone from the site in seconds. Disabled fans don't stand a chance. At least have the decency to not lie by having a fake accessibility policy.

    Purchased a Sabrina carpenter album that was advertised as being signed and stamped. All three came signed only with no stamp. The website even featured video of her stamping it. They offered me a 15% refund for something they falsely advertised and I believe I should be full refunded as they knowingly sent these out with knowledge of the missing stamp.

    False advertisment for merchandise on website. Signed vinyl records intended to come signed and stamped, but many did not come that way including mine. When I reached out to the team I was given a 15% refund and nothing else.

    I purchased an autographed vinyl from the Sabrina Carpenter Official Store under the belief that the autographed lithograph would come "stamped", as stated on the website listing. However, upon getting my vinyl in the mail it was absolutely not stamped, as advertised. There have been fans online upset that the store will not offer a refund, even though they lied about what they sold us, and obviously they will not accept a return nor issue a refund, only a mere partial refund. I would have never purchased this if I knew it would not be stamped. The stamp is vital in purchasing this item as it helps the autograph stand out as real and not replicated or fake, and is on brand for Sabrina's current album cycle, which makes it more desirable. At the end of the day I was lied to about what I was sold and what I purchased. They have also now updated the landing page to not include the original verbiage, that I have a included a picture of below, along with my vinyl that is signed, but not stamped.
