I would give them a negative number of stars if it was at all possible. Absolutely horrible company that wont honor the prices listed online. They will run you around to multiple pharmacies and then waste an hour of your time on their customer service line, as if theyre working to fix their error and then just come back and say, The higher price at that pharmacy is the price. Its a complete scam. Its a bait and switch and should be illegal!GoodRx

Nice try, but take some accountability for what you are purportedly offering to consumers and maybe don't pass the **** onto the pharmacies. There is no way for us as consumers to check various generic brand names, to find the specific ones that you will or will not cover, prior to making the trip for pickup and getting an inflated price surprise!In addition, your cost adjustment customer service **** should be very knowledgeable about these supposed pricing changes by pharmacies, manufacturers, or distributers, hence their job titles, and should not keep people on the phone for an hour with the implication that they are working on a price adjustment only to shrug their shoulders at the end!!Review fromManuel L

One day I got a free discount card in the mail from this company. It freaked me out, because I had no clue this company existed nor did I ever request a free account with them. They just...somehow obtained my email and name, and decided to make an account, membership number, and such for me and give me a card.I called their customer service and the agent was very nice, and explained that the company apparently sends out cards to people based on information given to them for marketing. Which raises questions about who on earth sent them my data, because it wasn't me personally. I feel like my own employer or pharmacy would've informed me if this was a thing to expect in the mail. Regardless, that this happened at all is deeply disturbing to me.Because the agent explained he was unable to personally cancel or delete data, I had to end the call and log onto their platform, ignore multiple pop-*** asking for information I refused to give, and ask to have my data deleted. I got an email later thanking me for getting a free account but no confirmation that the info was removed, although I got a confirmation screen on the website saying it was.I guess this is as good as I can expect, and ultimately it's probably fine since I never gave my credit card to them and therefore charging me shouldn't be possible. I also never used any services with them and the attempted delete makes it clear I didn't want to work with them.The agent on the phone was good and professional and did nothing wrong, but from a business angle, I think it is extremely underhanded and shady for a company to be opening accounts for people that weren't directly requested by the individuals themselves. Especially when I had zero notice, only the card showing up how it did.I would argue any company that needs to resort to tactics like this is probably not one you want to work with.GoodRx

If 0 stars were an option I would give them that. What a joke of a company. I sought out treatment for a ***. They have you answer a lengthy medical history form asking questions such as *** at Birth and Gender Identity. When you answer those questions truthfully, they don't even bother to look at them before sending you a blanket denial message because Male STIs are different and cannot be treated online like female UTI. Which just proves that they do not even read the chart of information you provide to them before they speak with you. If they had then they would have clearly seen that I was born FEMALE and I identify as a Trans-Male, hence, why my ID looks like I am a male but I am eligible for online treatment of a UTI. Still 3 days later and no matter how many times I mention this information to them they are still arguing that they can't treat me. Utterly ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional.GoodRx
