      I have been a ******** of Flair Cleaners for many years. They just lost my clothes. I was back three times and each time I was told that I should look in my closet. I did look in my closet and the clothes were not there. They admitted finally that the clothes were lost but demanded that I produce the receipts before any action was taken. I no longer have the receipts as I didn't anticipate the cleaners losing my clothes. I contacted the retailer to get a statement of my charges from April and they don't have it. I'm now out several hundred dollars and it was the first time I had the clothes cleaned. Needless to say I will not be back as I think they are very careless.
