    On June 8, 2021 I purchased a program from boxing and barbells. The program did not indicate it was only to used for a set amount of time. I purchased it thinking it was similar to buying a program from beach body. It was hard to follow because of the way it was organized so I did not start it right away. I got bed ridden sick with Covid in august 2021 and cancelled the free subscription it came with. It wasn't until February 2022 that I was able to breathe correctly and decided I would give the program a go. That's when I discovered I had been misled. I contacted the company and tried to resolve the issue. Instead of working with me to resolve it, the owner blatantly lied and said they no longer sell the program I purchased and was offering me another program that does indicate it's only accessible for a specified time. I would just like a refund since I never got to use the program and have had such a bad interaction with the owner. My receipt from purchasing the program even indicates it never expires. The pdf of allows you to download contains links to the videos needed to do the workout but they are locked unless you pay an additional monthly fee to subscribe to the on demand platform. That is not what I signed up for.
