    I purchased a ************* purse February 24, 2017 Order #: ***************. The pull on the purse broke in August of 2022. I took the purse in for repair at the ************* store a******************************* they informed me that the purse that I paid $725 was not authentic. ************* stated that the zipper was wavey, the purse had a green color, the leather was dull, and they couldn't verify the date stamp. I was told by Tradsey to send it back, but now they have sent it back to me. I want to know how this can be resolved, I don't want to keep a purse that the maker is saying is not real, I either want a replacement or refund.

    I went to the ************* store itself and was told it was not real I tried to do authentication myself by looking for the tag myself which I did not see any where in the bag

    I've been selling on Tradsey for a couple years now. I've had several problems with them in the past, but today I went to look at a recent sale and saw that I couldn't log in. When I clicked on forgot password it brought me to a screen that said "we're embarrassed but we can't load this page." I called and was told that they changed my password without my permission. Not ok, but ok, so now what do I do? They have not been able to help me. They don't know how to fix what they did. I have money sitting in my account and open sales that I'm not going to be sending because I don't know how I'll get paid if I can't get into my account. I was told they did this to all their buyers, but I'm not sure. All I know is I can't access my account which means I can't access my funds. Again. I have had to fight with the assistance of the *** more than once in the past just to get the money that was owed to me, and here I am having to do it again. People should know what kind of experience it is selling on this site. They are not a reputable company. They can't even fix their mistake they made on my account and because of that I can't get my money.
