I purchased a ************* purse February 24, 2017 Order #: ***************. The pull on the purse broke in August of 2022. I took the purse in for repair at the ************* store a******************************* they informed me that the purse that I paid $725 was not authentic. ************* stated that the zipper was wavey, the purse had a green color, the leather was dull, and they couldn't verify the date stamp. I was told by Tradsey to send it back, but now they have sent it back to me. I want to know how this can be resolved, I don't want to keep a purse that the maker is saying is not real, I either want a replacement or refund.Business Response

I've been selling on Tradsey for a couple years now. I've had several problems with them in the past, but today I went to look at a recent sale and saw that I couldn't log in. When I clicked on forgot password it brought me to a screen that said "we're embarrassed but we can't load this page." I called and was told that they changed my password without my permission. Not ok, but ok, so now what do I do? They have not been able to help me. They don't know how to fix what they did. I have money sitting in my account and open sales that I'm not going to be sending because I don't know how I'll get paid if I can't get into my account. I was told they did this to all their buyers, but I'm not sure. All I know is I can't access my account which means I can't access my funds. Again. I have had to fight with the assistance of the *** more than once in the past just to get the money that was owed to me, and here I am having to do it again. People should know what kind of experience it is selling on this site. They are not a reputable company. They can't even fix their mistake they made on my account and because of that I can't get my money.Business Response

I purchased a gently used purse on **** by *** it was literally falling apart I sent it back to Tradsey they said it was vintage from early **** they never discribed it as vintage which makes a big difference. Would not give a refund.Business Response

So I purchased a pair of Chanel earrings from Tradesy.com. I really felt like they were not authentic and they weren't. I had them shipped to Tradesy's authentication department and supposedly they were real. Well less than 3 weeks after I get them back they are green. Tradesy is trying to say they passed inspection. I've had Tradsey account for any years and have sold a lot of items through this website ( sold for over ******* total). Recently the site was hacked and my account was compromised. The hackers changed the email on my account and also pay pal address connected to my account and withdrew over ****** The fact that I've always had 1 email and 1 pay pal account with tradsey and all of the sudden talk these changes were made and money withered did not cause any red flags with tradsey. When I noticed something is wrong I called to let them know "my email" on the account is not mine I got non chalant answer that I probably typed my email wrong. I kept checking and noticed my funds are gone and tradsey did not do anything about it. I can't even get a call from the manager and got an above to call pay pal. This is not a pay pal issue because my account t with pay has not been hacked, this is tradsey issue. Zero concern about it and they are not refunding me my money. Awful service in such a stressful situation. I've checked all my other accounts and they were no attempts to log in. Tradsey was the only one hacked. No one stole my password, and I only use the account on my app.Business Response

The business keeps referring me to call Pay pal, which is wrong, my pay pal has not been hacked, tradsey website has been hacked NOT pay pal. Tradsey as a business has insurance and instead keeps going back to pay pal. Tradsey failed to flag the account when significant ch ages has been made on the old account like: Email address and pay pal address connected to the account. This is NOT a pay pal issue. I've had the same email address and pay pay account connected to this account for many years and Tradsey should have blocked such a suspicious transaction for extra verification when someone changed the email and pay pay address on the account and withdrew $******.
