    I went online. This popped up and I started filling out the information. Upon filling it out I stopped answering questions and never went to the end to submit and pay. I received an email about an hour later with several charges. I have called the number on the email as well as sent five emails to the address given, no response. I call the number, which is a different one, on my credit card statement. Someone answers and tells me to call the number I've been calling for two days. I call the number again and explain that I never finished filling out the questionnaire or submit it. I was told that I can get a coupon from someone out of the country. They started speaking a foreign language, told them I did not understand what they were saying, and was told again, I can get a coupon. No one will respond with the numbers or email that they give to contact. I did not approve this purchase as I did not finish answering the questions or submit the payment.
