    The product is defective and the customer service representative did not take the complaint seriously, and blamed the problem on my mother. Additionally, the office is not properly staffed, and frequently unstaffed. As a result scheduling appointments is difficult, which creates unneeded stress on my 86 year old mother. When an appointment is set, it's cancelled by them with no outreach to ** and just today, after confirming our appointment, I get a call to say that it's cancelled as their employee is now sick. The non-working hearing aid issue has been going on since July, and it's now November. My mom will not have any hearing for this upcoming Thanksgiving. Completely shameful. One would think that a hearing aid business that naturally services senior citizens would be sensitive to the needs of senior citizens and their families. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. I do not recommend this company or their product and will seek legal remedies.
