    I see others are having the same issue with vacation packages. I purchased a package with Honor Rewards Resorts I tried to call them their phone is disconnected and you cannot email them. I would like to either get my money back or my vacations. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks

    I purchased a vacation trip in 2019 and I have attempted several times (at least 10) for a few months to make vacation reservations. Phone number was working but recording always said call back. Now the number is disconnected. No response to emails to emails sent to customer service. I am seeking a full refund. I have attempted to contact Hilton Honors and request assistance but they are not able to assist. Poor customer service Full refund
