    Hulu is so annoying that I had to write a review. When you go to cancel they ask, are you sure 8 million times. We are not children. Yes, we are sure that Hulu cost way too much for terrible content.

    They just made me cancel my current plan at $14.99 a month because I was having issues logging in on a TV. The only way fix the problem was to cancel my plan and resubscribe. When I went back to resubscribe, my SAME plan was $29.99.. and the agent and manager said there was nothing they could about that. Absolutely wrong!!!

    Hulu raised my price twice in 2024 I got an email the beginning of 2024 of price increase then I got another email September 2024 of price increase when I called the ridiculous guy on the phone told me those are Hulu regulations and if I wasnt happy to cancel my subscription Hulu shouldnt get away with this!!!!!!!!!

    I would not recommend Hulu Live. I pay over $80 a month for something that does not work, So many times when I go to my stuff to watch my recordings, they are not there. Sometimes its hours, sometimes it's less time. **************** is rude. This problem started last year and they still raised the price when they were still having problems. I wish there was another streaming service that offered the same channels live. Hulu should fix this problem. I would not mind paying for something that works all the time, not sometimes. I do not recommend this service if you want to watch your recordings when you want.

    I reached out due to incorrect charges on my Hulu account. The representative and senior representative were unable to view my invoices which, because my outreach was regarding an overcharge for 5 months seems suspicious. I live in ******* so they are required to charge taxes on the service and I am assuming they charge both county and state tax, although it cannot be confirmed because nobody seems to be able to access my invoice. I have never had to pay both taxes on any service; however, policy is policy. I have no problem paying for the taxes, I have a problem with the fact that the only way my total calculated correctly was if Hulu charged the county tax then used the service+county tax total to calculate the state tax meaning they are taxing me on taxes. Their only resolution (provided in a condescending manner) was for me to reach out to my local legislation to ask about what Hulu is charging me. Neither their billing nor resolution is sensible. After I gave up on that concern, I had a follow-up billing issue, but the representative already ended my chat with no notice. Overall, this was the most unprofessional waste of my time I have ever experienced with a company.

    I've subscribed to Hulu for just over a year now. Upon looking at my current bill, I noticed that the current months charge seemed high to me. I decided to do a full reconciliation of my account and found that I have been overcharged for a year.I called today to try and rectify the situation only to be met with a comment that it is my problem. Huku are crooks. I will be filing a complaint with the *** as well.

    I'm very disappointed, I've been paying for HULU live for years and the price keeps increasing but I still receive ads, on top of that some shows refuse to play despite many restarts and clearing cookies and data. Im so disappointed with this company, if it weren't for the fact that I need it for entertainment and don't have a traditional TV plan I'd immediately stop using it and cacel my subscription. Hulu live is a joke and I refuse to recommend them.

    Terrible streaming service. Prices have increased a few times and the same shows/movies stay on this service. I tried to cancel today by utilizing the online browser, calling customer service and chat but just getting the run around! They cannot find my account? Why because they think people will give up and allow them to keep ripping them off?! I went through my bank and they will handle it since HULU is run by dishonest people that trap you. Spent 2 hours trying to cancel my subscription. Never again Stay away unless you wish to be locked into a service that doesn't provide a good experience.

    ****** SUPERVISOR DENIED ME MY RIGHT TO MY ACCOUNT/ SUBCRIPTION NUMBER TO A CURRENTLY OPEN ACCOUNT, SOMETHING THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE PROVIDED! THE LEVEL OF DISGUST I HAVE FOR THIS COMPANY AFTER TODAY IS HORRIBLE! NOT TO MENTION I WAS GIVEN A NUMBER FOR MY OLD ACCOUNT BY PREVIOUS **** BUT ****** STATES THEY DONT GIVE THOSE! THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING SECURITES FRAUD AND THATS WHY THEY ARE REFUSING CUSTOMERS SOMETHING THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO! FILING A SEC COMPLAINT NEXT!
