      My brothers Snapchat account has been permanently banned with no explanation as to why. He has not violated any of the terms of service or any other reasons they have suggested. Every single time I have attempted to contact them I have been responded to with a cookie cutter generic email or no response at all. I would like to speak to someone at Snapchat management or I would even prefer to just have them fix this issue. Thank you

      Hello, I have reached out to Snapchat with a DSAR under CCPA and GDPR. The company has repeatedly told me they refuse to do anything with my request and refuse to make any attempt to validate my identity despite me sending them my photo ID, Passport, device information, geo information, IP addresses, etc all of which they admit to collecting inside their privacy policy. That said Snapchat is currently in violation of data privacy laws and I am here to lodge a formal complaint. I have also submitted a complaint with Snapchats DPO. These are terrible business practices, their support is uneducated on the laws and refuses to forward the ticket to someone who knows the privacy laws despite my original DSAR providing them the means and laws to do so. If this is not resolved by 08/22/2021 when the 30 days is up I will be filing a lawsuit against Snapchat which I would prefer to avoid. I would like them to honor my DSAR under the privacy laws their company is required to follow.

      Snapchat has gone beyond itself to lock my account for no reason. I try to reach out via their website and it basically says they cannot do anything nor unlock my account, when they are the ones who locked it. They sent me a list of rules to which I have broken none of them. Ive been using snap for over 8 years and deserve to have my account back. I lost thousands of photos and videos of my life throughout the years over nothing. I have sent dozens of emails begging for help of any kind. No one responds and they dont seem to care. I feel like I lost a part of my life I can never recover. This saddens me beyond words and I feel helpless and lost. I broke no rules never spammed and even have access to the email on file, however my account is still locked. I need help and I need a solution. This is not fair and severely damages my life both past and present as snap is a form of communication within friends family and peers at school.

      ******** rejected my ads but charges me for them anyways. They are only supposed to charge for ads shown to people, yet they've taken double the daily limit for spending and haven't shown one ad. They refused my ads 2 times in a row for not having French... I am advertising ************. It seems they must not apply demographic to advertising, why would my ad show in ****** if I set the options to only show in***********

      So I block certain people from viewing my story. Funny thing is I wake up and see that the people that were blocked somehow seen my story. I'm not happy and I would like Snapchat's business email so I can contact you directly as things may progress

      Snapchat has integrated a new algorithm into their software in order to combat online drug trafficking. The way this algorithm works is by detecting to see if there is a price written with text in the post, and swiftly deleting the account for posting the image with the text. I have had 2 accounts (one attached) deleted for posting non drug related prices; the most recent of which, was posting the price of a *** Wagyu steak I was enjoying up until my account got deleted.

      My account was hack around ********* and I've reached out for help from Snapchat Support eight separate times and I cannot get a single soul that is willing to help me. They will only give me pre-filled responses saying, "there is nothing we can do if your snapchat account doesn't have the email or phone number you are inquiring about. How on earth is it going to have the same email or phone number when the hackers have changed all my information so that I can't retrieve my account back!? This has given me so much anxiety and paranoia knowing that my private photos and information is out there. They are reaching out and manipulating and asking my snapchat followers/friends for money. ALL I ask is to gain access back into my account OR have it deleted completely if it comes down to it. So long as my information isn't out their for these hackers to continue playing with. I've used snapchat for YEARS and for them to be this unloyal to users is horrible!!

      I forgot to mention my hacked account username. My old account is Visionary_k and i need it deleted or deactivated.

      My Snapchat account has gotten permanent locked on my device. Many other people are having this problem, and I have no violated any terms and conditions at all. There is also no actual person to contact about this issue, just robots. Whenever I try to email Snapchat, it just just an automated response with no help. I would like to recover my Snapchat because of the five years worth of pictures and videos I have on the application. If someone could contact me about this, I would appreciate it kindly.
