I purchased a bathing suit from this company online in August of this year for my wife. The bathing suit that was sent was completely wrong, style and color. I followed the return process on there website and used there shipping label to return the suit. Suit was delivered to *** for return. I waited and never received a refund. Ive tried to contact them via email numerous times. I received one email back stating my refund would be issued. It never came. They have no phone number to speak to anyone directly and I have not received another response via email. The suit cost around $130.Initial Complaint

In April of 2024, I ordered my wife and I several bathing suits from this company. We returned most of them using their printable form and handwrote the items for return which amounted to approximately $120 USD in products to be returned. Per their instructions, I gave the package to **** and and the item arrived at the company towards the end of April.Between April and today (June 11, 2024), communication has been extremely limited and most of my emails have been unanswered. I have not received an answer or any resolution as to where my products are and what the status of my refund is. As of now, I am out $120 USD and have nothing to show for it.Initial Complaint

I ordered a swimsuit online from this company in November. When filling out the address for delivery, I failed to include the unit number of my apartment, and **** returned the package to sender, as it could not be delivered. **** was unable to help me when the problem was reported, as the package had already been returned to Boutine LA. I emailed the company immediately explaining the problem and asking to find a resolution, without a response from the company. I have since emailed their customer service representatives asking for assistance on this issue with no response whatsoever.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bikini top and bikini bottom from this company and I was only sent the top. I emailed them several times and I have had no response and it has been over a month. I even direct messaged them on social media several times as well as left comments. I just want my bikini bottoms that I paid for. They claimed that an item was on backordered and they were not able to ship out so I had to wait but nobody ever reached out to tell me an item had been backordered. When I finally got my order two months later, an item was missing and when I reached out to them they said that the item was sold out and they weren't able to include it. This important piece of information was omitted and only acknowledged when I brought it up to them. I don't know why they didn't tell me because I would not have ordered the top, had I know the bottoms would not come. When I complained about this they said they would issue me a refund and I got a notification for a refund due in **** business days on January 27 2023. It is now February 15 2023 and I've sent 2 emails already requesting to know where the refund is and I have not heard anything from them. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are withholding information in hopes that I would not raise concerns about my missing items or the delay in my orders. I would like to know where my refund is or what they are going to do to rectify this issue.Initial Complaint

The company sent a package to *****. The package disappeared. It never made it to its destination. So the company gave me a refund in the form of a gift card. I ordered the same items using the gift card. The company suggested I use *** instead. So I paid the extra money. The package was sent. It was in *****. When customs received the package there was an issue with the items and the value of the items. The invoice was incorrect. So customs held onto the package. They emailed me and the company asking for the proper paperwork. I have the emails. Well the company claims they sent the proper paperwork. The ******** say different. So the package was sent back to the company. The company said that if I were to order and resend they suggest I send it regular mail and not ***? They previously told me different. So the said that once the package arrived if I wanted it reshipped they would do so. Well turns out they now were saying that the refund was already in process and it could not be reversed. That was on November 2. I have not received a refund or any other confirmation of any sort. My emails have been ignored since November 2. I've emailed several times. I have copies of receipts and all correspondence via email. And my account that I had with this company for several years with all my purchases made in the past which was several thousand dollars has been deleted. It disappeared. I could not log in. It said my email was not connected to any account. I made another account with my email. Everything is gone. I emailed the company and asked what was going on. They are ignoring me. I want my refund as promised. It's ******0 I have the receipt. I have notified my bank. They are looking into the matter.
