      My daughter bought a pair of jeans from Brandy Melville in Santa Monica in ******** ***** They haven't been worn much (washed only 2 times) but recently noticed that the fabric had torn. This is a fabric issue. The tear is not at a seam or a part of the jeans with alot of pressure (crotch, back side etc) but a genuine disintegration of the fabric (see enclosed photo). We reported this to the company requesting some form of credit but they state that she would only get a refund if the garment is unworn and still with tags attached. How can we get this resolved?       I was send a link to purchase a gift for a christmas present. When I clicked the link it brought me to a brown striped sweater so I ordered it, This was not the correct color sweater and if you click a link on their site it takes you to another color if the color within the link is out of stock. When I click on the link when the item is in stock it takes me to a green and navy striped sweater which is the correct item, if I click the link now, it shows a different color sweater because both the brown and the green/navy are out of stock. This is an error within in their website and they refused to exchange the item for the correct one without paying return shipping and fees to ship to me which is ridiculous. This store has the most horrible customer service of any business I have ever experienced. Based on the reviews here they often mix up on-line orders and expect the customer to pay for their mistakes. Too bad I didn't check on here first and see that they have an F rating, obviously this is a known issue. Once I mentioned the BBB they completely stopped responding to my emails.

      An order was placed for approx. $300 worth of ****** ******** clothing. My daughter placed the order - she immediately received an order confirmation, then within the same minute, received an order cancellation. There was absolutely no explanation for why the order was canceled. But within those few seconds, the $300 was removed from my bank account. ****** *********** stated policy, according to their website and customer service emails, is that you are not billed until the order is shipped. Yet, for an order that was immediately canceled, they took the money and ran. They are not refunding the purchase. Nothing is being delivered. Their customer service doesn't care about customers and they operate illegally by stealing money and not providing product or service. Its time for a class action suit against all these unanswered complaints! Prove me wrong BM!

      I have placed 3 orders with ****** ******** and each order has been cancelled. I've called and have been told to reply to the email for a response. ****** and ******* have not replied to my emails. I would like to know why a company is cancelling my orders. It makes zero sense.

      I purchased a pair of sweatpants for my daughter on their website. Explained to company after one wash the seams in the crotch area unraveled and I spent money taking it to be repaired. I asked for partial reimbursement. Customer service blamed it on me and said that I took off tags and washed it. I explained how would I predicted that the item would be defective. Customer service stopped responding. I asked for corporate info to resolve matter, no response from ******* and ****** from customer service. Please BBB help. This is wrong, company ignoring customer.

      Transaction was September 5th, 2021. My order was confirmed, and then I received an emailing saying they canceled my order with out reason to why and that they refunded me, however I never received the refund and have tried to contact through email numerous times, as well as on instagram. But I have received zero response.

      Purchased a hoodie and it is slightly defective (small tear near zipper) contacted the business and they said it was not defective. I have 3 other jackets like this and none are like that. It clearly has a small hole. They said I could send it back which I have no problem do that but I am not willing to pay for shipping to return a defective item back and repurchase it and pay shipping again. Order number *********** Then when I called to speck with the supervisor she was not in and I was told she would call me and no phone call so I sent a message and no message. I wanted to ask why ******* would say it was not defective that is the way they come when clearly they don't because I have other ones that are not like that. Tracking # ******************* The business has not tried to resolve the problem . They were not very nice even when you call. They have caller id so they already know who is calling and track your calls.This item has not been worn still has the tag shipped Aug11
