On Tuesday 4/2 I paid $68.45 to website Cheapairportparking.org for the Philadelphia airport. At departure our QR code wouldn't scan and we had to pay "again" to get our vehicle out of the lot. I have emailed company twice, via a contact form (only way to contact), but no response. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased 7 days of parking from this business (they represent several parking lots on their online site). I paid $105.50 for the parking. I parked my car in what I thought was their structure. When I returned from my trip and went to leave the parking lot, the parking attendant on-duty advised me that I was parked in the wrong lot and that the lot I bought parking for was in the lot right next to them. The attendant went on to explain that this situation/mistake happens ALL THE ***** I was forced to pay the SAME AMOUNT to the lot I was parked in so I could exit, so in essence, I ended up paying twice.I contacted this merchant via email and explained my experience. I requested a refund OR credit for future parking. This merchant has denied either a refund or a credit. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refuse to credit me back due to the fact that this merchant refuses to accept any responsibility for their UNCLEAR parking signs and/or notices and denied the chargeback request. This merchant refuses to be reasonable in this matter.I simply want credit for future parking or a refund. I would certainly have used their lot had it been CLEARLY MARKED! I think it is MISLEADING and unfair to have parking lots for two different businesses right next to each other and the lots are not clearly defined, causing consumers to inadvertently park in the wrong lot. It's not as though I chose one lot over the other purposely, NOR DID I PAY A LOWER RATE to the lot where I ended up parked so I am obviously not trying to get a lower rate and cheat this merchant. To keep my money for services not provided is NOT CORRECT or ETHICAL. If this type of confusion between lots occurs frequently, then it's obvious that these businesses should take corrective action - I am one of MANY VICTIMS and it is only fair for them to give me a refund or a credit AND take corrective actions so this does not continue to occur to other consumers.Initial Complaint

I booked airport parking in advance on September 6 for October 30th and never received a confirmation email. Nearing my trip I needed to know where to go to park? I made several attempts with ************* to cheapairportparking.org I put in a dispute to *********** because There were no replies! The company sent a falsified documentation to *********** stating an email sent to me that was dated on October ****************************************************************************************************** more? This time for $138 I have proof in my inbox, spam as well as trash that there were no emails received from them.I paid $119.40 for a service never received. It is the principle and they need to be held accountable. Apparently they have shady interactions on the daily according to bbb Please, please, please hold them responsible ??Initial Complaint

I made a parking reservation through them, but at a time I was not able to print out the confirmation.They do not send confirmation emails, so the only proof is printed.When I tried to print the confirmation my credentials did not work on their site.I sent them multiple emails requesting a password reset, but they did not respond.As I have no proof of the reservaton I cancelled the reservation, but again, they did not ************ I'm out of $ ****** without a proof of reservation.Initial Complaint

I purchased two self Parking tickets (order #******) for parking with shuttle transportation service. When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the service desk and no transportation service available to take us to the airport. We ultimately had to park at the airport and pay additional money to park. I contacted the company via email and they stated they will not refund my $$ because I did not cancel services in advance. Which was impossible because I did not know the circumstances prior to my arrival time. Requesting a full refund of cost for services not rendered in the amount of ($161.12).Initial Complaint

On June 30, 2023, I booked and prepaid $64.20 for parking reservations for 7/2/2023 - 7/6/2023 through Cheapestairportparking.com aka Way.Com for a parking garage near ****** ******************* airport. The parking garage name and address on its website is ************************ ********************************************************** Airport Parking, with an address at ***********************************************************************. When we drove up to the address, which was also supposed to include a free shuttle, among other amenities, to the airport, it had a construction vehicle in front of its entrance which was closed with a gate and cones near the construction vehicle. It was shutdown and blocked off to the public. We did not have time to search other nearby parking facilities or we would have missed our flight, so we just parked at the airport in its economy lot. I reached out to this company by email (see attached email correspondences). They accepted our money for a parking facility they know (and probably knew from others before me who ran into the same situation) is not operable.Initial Complaint

booked parking from 5/26/2023 to 6/2/2023 Confirmation Code: DW129428 Parking Lot Arrival:05/26/2023 - 3:00 PM Parking Lot Departure:06/03/2023 - 1:00 AM ( able to stay until 3pm)check out at 3am on 6/3/2023, Airport Spectrum Parking charges $16.50 due to extra 2 hours stay. Try to explain to staff that paid for 06/03/2023 until 3pm , airport spectrum parking staff said they don't honor 3rd party booking on 24 hrs based.email cheapairportparking.org about this and they refer i call airport spectrum parking.they are scamming traveler on this shady practice.Initial Complaint

Made a long term parking reservation through Parkon.com on 5/15/23. Change of plans and canceled on 5/20/23, Received the following email confirming cancellation and full refund. Refund however has not been issued. Their contact form doesnt seem to work and theres no phone number. I already complained to the *********************** in *********, ** where the parking lot used by Parkon is located at. They said ****** is a 3rd party vendor, but will look into it. My credit card company has been notified and the amount is currently on dispute.Thank you Dear *********************** Parking Reservation UZ129319 has been cancelled. I booked parking through Cheap Airport Parking. Their website states lowest price guaranty or the difference will be refunded. I found and provided them with proof of a cheaper rate. I received no response and no refund. I paid $72.08 for parking. Attached is my parking confirmation from Cheap Airport Parking, a screenshot of their price guaranty, and a screenshot showing that I could have have gotten the same parking for $56.80.
