      The website asks for your travel dates and times which I posted. I was then charged 2 full days despite being no where near that length of time. We were a half hour early and an hour outside of our travel time as is customary when traveling. The parking charged us $10 more dollars to exit despite being charged 2 full days and being parked for far less. Neither the parking lot nor *********************** would refund us the $10.

      Attempted to email business twice. have not heard ANYTHING back that they even received my emails. I will attached my last email to them which will explain the problem. I would like a refund of my parking ******** They did not fulfill their contract for providing shuttle service back and wasted an hour of my time. I had to get another way back to get my car. Your email *********************** Category Other Airport LAX Confirmation Code ASXXXXXX Message Sent Hello: this is the 2nd email. I wrote on Fri, Aug 5 and did not receive any indication that I even had a complaint. I was picking up my car after a 5 day parking agreement from *********** ******* *** parking on Aug 4. I called 2xs and ended up waiting close to an hour for a shuttle. The shuttle that finally arrived was too full for 2 of us to get on. We finally got another ride. ****** from *********** and ****** the parking *** said I should get a refund and to contact you thru email. They will verify what happened. Please respond. What is your typical response period? it's been 5 days since my last email.

      On ********* I paid for 10 days of parking to ****** Cheap Parking regarding for a total of ******** We parked our car and when we returned from our trip I was forced to pay again because the parking lot we parked at never received any funds from the third party vendor. I went through the process for requesting a refund on the ********** website and they never followed through with their complaint and resolution process. I have emailed various time and received no response. I have been unable to reach this company by phone since it seems to be disconnected.

      I booked parking reservation at CheapAiportParking.org website on 7/18/21 for parking spot near *** airport at **. I received email confirmation from ********************************************* email box confirming a Prepaid charge of $27.97. The confirmation code was EF211663 - I disputed charge with American Express.On travel date (and reservation date-7/19/21), I entered business address supplied in email to GPS system (***********************************************************************) which directed ** to neighborhood of private homes. We immediately called ************ (# on email) and informed we were lost; attendant directed us to their "actual" location which displayed address above on signage. Upon arrival, attendant said "there is no space available and we were part of a scam". He then offered to "help us" and told us to call his cousin/friend @************-we called and turned on speaker phone - attendant spoke with person and said he was sending us his way and to give us a good deal.

      We booked online a reservation. We parked on the day with no problem. Upon our return, when we were leaving their facility; the scanned provided by them wasn't working and it said invalid. The person on the gate, charged us $ ***** in cash in order to leave the parking lot and gave us no receipt.We were overcharged from what we already had paid for the whole time. So, now I have a charged on my credit card of ***** and the person at the gate charged us another $ 55 in order to get out. This is a scam.I want my be refunded for the ***** dollars and get my difference from the original charged in which is$ 18.25.attached you will see the reservation online already paid, and the 55 dollars that I had to send to my brother because he paid the 55 in cash at the gate in order to leave.

      I pre-purchased parking for 6 days online at ******************** Airport. Their site claims they charge $8.99/day for uncovered parking. They actually charge $17/day, so they lie to customers on their site from the beginning. I was not provided a parking space in a lot. They forced me to park on dirt and my car bottomed out, causing damage. I didn't pay for dirt parking, I paid for lot parking. When I returned to ******, I took their shuttle and told the driver where my car was. I was the ONLY person in the shuttle. He went right past my car - I kept telling him where my car was. He wouldn't listen. I told him to let me out of the shuttle and he wouldn't. He wouldn't stop the shuttle and he kept going further from my car. I was frightened out of my mind. I thought I was going to be robbed and/or assaulted. It wasn't until I called the parking lot's office that the driver acknowledged me. I had to call 911 to be let out of the bus. The driver said he didn't speak English and couldn't understand. Why/how does he do his job? They literally threw me onto the dirt by my car. I had a nervous breakdown there - lying on the dirt, crying because I thought I was going to be raped. The employee laughed at me. This is not a normal business. I believe they are human trafficking. I want a refund of my money and the name of this company so I can report them to the authorities. I was charged a total of $102.12. They need to take down the fraudulent pricing on their site and refund my money.

      I made a reservation through their website ************************* on November 4th, 2021 for a parking spot at an LAX parking lot for Christmas travel December 25th, 2021. From what I was told on their site - the pre-payment I made in the full amount of $125.41 guaranteed me a spot in that lot.  I arrived the morning of the reservation  to a "Sold Out" sign with no prior notification and was told there are no spots available - even for a ******** ************ I was left ********** at *** on Christmas morning to try and find *** parking last minute. I ended up booking another reservation through the same site for $71.60 more than my original reservation which was not ******* although it was supposed to be *********** It was absolutely unacceptable business practices.Their business only works if the product works. Their entire business ** setting up parking reservations - and if that reservation is not available for me when I arrive (even though I made it over 6 weeks in advance) then the business is a sham and should have their license ********** Their reviews on Yelp describe this as VERY typical behavior from MANY other ************ customers.  They have no phone number listed on their website where anyone can be reached.  I had to track it down via ****** - and even then - the voicemail box is full and you can't reach anyone. Their email customer service is terrible and everything about this business is a scam and they should be held accountable for their illegal actions. They quoted me a payment for a service - and when it came time to render the service - they ******** their contract and then up charged me for the same service.  Absolutely ********** business practices!

      ticket : (##XXXXXX##) Order Number OGIXXXXXXXX we made a reservation on 9/10/21 for 11/23/21 - 11/30/21. When we arrived at the lot we were told it was full and they could no honor our reservation. There were NO off airport lots that had any availability, plus pressed for time to catch our flight we had to part at the airport. This resulted in a $256.00 parking charge instead of the the $104.31 we paid for our reservation. They did refund us the $104.31 but I am seeking to be refunded the difference ($152.00). We had a reservation and they did not honor their contract therefore we had to seek other parking. I have emailed about a dozen times and have been ignored. Also on their last communication (generic) they have stated that we cancelled our reservation and that isn't true. Again, the attendant said they were full and they couldn't help up.

      I booked parking in ****** from September 7-10th. I paid $80 which they took immediately from my bank account. I never received a confirmation email or anything and was never told to create an account. I'd like a refund immediately since they scammed me. The only way I can prove they took money from me is by my bank statement.
