In march 2023 an acuracounts employee assisted me with my taxes and recommend that I start a trust. I agreed and paid for the service, $2000. I have attempted multiple times to obtain the information regarding the trust I paid for. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update on my trust but no information is ever given to me. They tell that they will give me information soon or mail me something soon. I still have not received my trustBusiness response

Thank you for your Compliant, it keeps everyone on their toes. My name is ***************************, and ** writing to address complaint #********. We are now aware of the situation and have taken immediate action. Unfortunately, I discovered that an employee in *******, *************************, was misappropriating funds and withholding vital information. **************** paid $2,000 for a service that typically costs between $8,000 and $9,000. Due to ****'s misconduct, we were unable to perform the service as expected. She has since been terminated and is no longer affiliated with Acuracounts.
Regarding the complaint and our commitment to our clients, I will personally ensure that ******************** trust is completed within 5 business days, once we receive the necessary information. *** attempted to reach her twice today by phone without success. If possible, please forward her the link below, as it leads to a form where she can provide the remaining details required to finalize her trust.
We already have the trust name and her 2022 and 2023 taxes. The only missing information is her fiduciaries. I understand she may feel frustrated about needing to re-enter information she might have previously provided to ****, but to ensure accuracy and a smooth process, we kindly ask that she fill out the form again.
Once we receive the completed form, our onboarding team will contact her for final verification and guidance, and the trust will be finished promptly.
