      BEWARE, they dont give you any overpaid balance back and dont even care. First this all went well, but ****** (secretary) is very rude and for sure calling you to collect payments. But when it came to them paying back the security retainer of $2500 (as per contract agreed upon) they ghost you. Sad if you have to file a complaint to the board against your lawyer. Ruins the whole experience and their reputation. Perhaps in financial difficulties? I don't know, but sure doesn't look good. Let's see what the board says.
